Bad customer service, there was a gal there working and we ordered 3 footlong sandwiches and wrap we told her what we wanted and she keep forgetting and putting different things on there, my wrap was like a McDonald’s burrito Tiny as can be, I was eating all tortilla there was bearly any chicken or veggies on there 13 dollars for a McDonald burrito at subway no thank you!!! Worst place! Also it depends who you get, but any other subway I’ve never been served that way!!!

I come here at least once a week on my 30 MINUTE lunch. Today 10/14/21 @ 4:07 I came in and there was a prepaid order the kid was just starting that had 6 sandwiches. I was there for 10 minutes before he even took my order then when we go to the veggie bar he started working on the prepaid order first keep in mind the person wasn’t there picking them up yet. I stood there for 4 minutes while then looked down and saw i had only a few minutes to walk back to work and eat. When I asked if he could please do my sandwich because I’m only on a 30 minute lunch he slapped my sandwich down and gave me little to no lettuce, 2 pickles and 3 banana peppers on the sandwich. I come here a lot and this kid is always rude and never helps the costumers in front of him when they have been waiting. I completely understand a pick up order has to be done but my sandwich would have taken 4 minutes. I’m so annoyed and angry. He threw the sub together and I am so mad. It was horrible and I want my money back.

Fresh food, friendly staff! Wow I love saying that when it’s deserved! Byron was excellent & it was his first day! He was so patient and covered waiting sandwiches with wax paper as he prepared the current sandwich. I was impressed by his customer service and in times like these, he’s the type that deserves a raise for being a cut above! Great job, I’ll be back hungry and waiting!

We ordered online and received an order that was kind of like what we ordered but not really. The wrong sauces, the wrong veggies, the wrong bread, the wrong toasting options and the wrong cheese. Honestly I know that people get busy and I know that it’s just a sandwich, but is it that hard to just read the order? I don’t feel like I am asking too much to just have somewhat the correct order here. I’ll be calling the store tomorrow to speak with a manager but it’s really upsetting to come home to the wrong food and it’s just generally disappointing to know that you don’t even rate someone reading your order even a little correctly.

Dirty, dirty place. This is not the first time it’s been this way. Told young lady behind counter how dirty place was. She could have cared less. No effort or offer to clean any tables & they were so not busy, no wonder. I cleaned the table off where I sat as best as I could. I will not eat here again, even if my husband loves Subway tuna sandwiches. Avoid this place at all costs!! TERRIBLE! !

I visit this restaurant at least twice a week. The staff is friendly and personable since the new manager started a few months back. although, the restrooms need frequent thorough cleaning and should be checked for supplies more often.

If zero stars was an option I would rate it that. This subway has terrible customer service. I generally only write good reviews and try not to focus on the little negativities but everytime I come into this subway, the staff is rude, slow, and not helpful. Once when I came in the Dr Pepper machine was out. I kindly went up to the gentlemen and asked he refill it. I was the only customer there at the time and he still told me “well it’s really annoying to have to do” and wouldn’t refill it. This is pretty much the standard on all of the employees. I come to this location often as it is close to my work but I am finally fed up with the staff here and will not be returning.

Jack was super courteous! He made great sandwiches, wrote down what each sandwich had in it and noticed I needed another bag to carry everything. Thanks Jack for being so personable! Great customer service!!!
