As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This was my first — and likely last — visit to this location. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one.
The food was fine overall, though the fries were noticeably greasy. The cashier was friendly, which I appreciated. What really disappointed me, however, was the pricing and overall value. I ordered a #1 meal, and the large drink was filled about three-quarters with ice. When I asked for a refill, I was charged an additional $3.50. The meal already cost $13, and I was also charged $1 for sauces.
For the level of service and food quality offered, the pricing feels excessive and unreasonable. I left more frustrated than satisfied.

Checkers really snapped this time, no cap. The service was excellent from start to finish — fast, friendly, and they actually got the order right, which already puts them above half the fast-food game. The chili dogs were straight bussin, loaded heavy and full of flavor, and the wings were crispy, juicy, and sauced perfectly. The spicy chicken sammich was hittin too, crunchy with just the right amount of heat. And let’s talk about that 2 for 7 deal… absolute steal, crazy value for the amount of food you get. Don’t leave without the apple pie either — that thing was fire, hot and sweet with the perfect crunch. Overall, great food, great prices, and great service. Checkers stays clutch.

Annie was amazing!!! She was VERY kind and enthusiastic helping us navigate the menu and making sure we got what we wanted and it was amazing service all the way through that just made our day. I hope the best for her and would love to see her get recognition she absolutely deserves as im sure we’re not the only customers that got to experience her friendliness!!

Grabbed late at night and took a bit longer for the main items to be made fresh but the fries weren’t as fresh as expected after waiting for the other food.

I just had one of the worst experiences at this Checkers. I was in line at the window for over five minutes, and the employee completely ignored me. They opened the window and took care of the person behind me without even acknowledging that I was there. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a fast food restaurant. I will never return to this location.

I’ve never done a bad review before but coming here was awful the food was okay but all my fries were burnt and the service here was harsh . I had asked for the ranch and honey mustard and when I checked my bag there wasn’t any and when I asked through the window they said they can only give me one and charge for the other one which made no sense since I asked for it and should’ve included into my order. The girls working there were very unprofessional and had a negative attitude towards me and my husband. Just rude. Don’t recommend coming to this checkers location.
