If I could put 0 out of 5 stars I would put 0 out of 5 stars and I’ll tell you why. I’m not sure who made Sheena the manager (I had to ask for her name) but she most certainly should NOT be at all in the customer service industry. She skipped my sandwich and it was $15 plus tax. All I wanted was to bring home some food after shopping for me and my husband at Walmart.. Thank God there was at least one other worker who was willing to take the time to get my order right or there would’ve been some problems. After I finally got my food, I asked for the worker’s name which was Julie and she was very professional and kind – I think that her and the current manager need to switch roles in my opinion. All I’m saying is watch out for that rude manager because she will give you a hard time.

Last night I got off of work at the Walmart the girl rang me up for my cookies and just walked away, so I paid for 3 cookies I never got! I wanna say I have read the reviews and some of them incorrectly I have come to this location on many occasions and have nothing but a great experience with Sheena and also all the staff Ive also waited tops 10 min and happily waited due to the understanding if a person is there is only one person working most places when workers are by themselves are rude to customers but I’ve been greeted with such happiness and kindness and that’s the reason why I love this subway

Hire english speaking people, please.
I called, tried to get help on how to order/apply the Wednesday special. All she could say was, “online only.” I kept saying, “I know, but how do I apply it.
“Online only. You go online, no phone.”
Called another SubWay store that didn’t participate in THAT special.
I ended up buying less sandwiches, and the 1st SubWay didn’t make any money off of me.

If I could give this location -5 stars I would. I’ve previously written a review below but it wouldn’t let me do another so here I am on my boyfriend’s Google. DO NOT ORDER FROM OR GO TO THIS LOCATION. We totally forgot about our previous experiences when we ordered for dinner tonight. We ordered online. When I walked in and asked for my order, to they said they hadn’t started to make it yet because they didn’t have the foot long Oreo cookies or pretzels. I was like okay so will I get a refund and they were confused. So one employee called her manager and the manager said we couldn’t get a refund. She said we couldn’t get a refund because those items were discontinued in the system and they didn’t have the money in the system for it. We paid for it all so how? I asked for a gift card in exchange and was told no. This was about $15 worth of stuff that was “not available”. The manager said we could get chips and drinks instead. We didn’t pay for $15 worth of chips and drinks. So I asked for at least another sandwich. One employee kept apologizing. I get none of this was their fault. They then told me they didn’t have marinara for one of the sandwiches. They also didn’t toast the sandwiches or put any sauces on one of the sandwiches. So basically we ordered things a certain way and they did not make them that way. Whoever owns this subway should take hints from the owner that owns the one on Idaho. Please do not give your business to this subway location. It’s horrible every time. Also, the items they said were discontinued were pictured on the menu.

All of the reviews you are reading ARE CORRECT!!! Every time I’ve ordered, they have gotten the order wrong, missing items, and then they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!! @Subway, if you read these reviews, rescind their franchise license now! Managers are rude and have no idea how to treat the customers. I was promised twice that money and/or points would be refunded, and twice it hasn’t happened. For the love of God, figure out how to run an established business franchise!!!

If I could give this location -5 stars I would. Every time we order online from here it’s all wrong. One of the previous times, they left like everything out of the sandwich except onions. The employees must literally be high. We ask for stuff to be toasted, doesn’t come toasted. This time we ordered two cheese roll up things and was only given one. Do not order from this subway. Go to the one on Idaho.

The sandwich artist was rude beyond measure, asking me “why” and looking at me rudely throughout our interaction, even when I spoke politely. Then, I discovered at home that they had changed their honey mustard, which ruined the sandwich. I will not be returning after trying to give them another chance. Also, I noticed how dirty it was there when leaving, needless to say, I did not end up eating the food and am thankful I didn’t.
