Stopped by to pick up sandwiches for our day trip up to Fish Lake and was not impressed. I placed an order online and the app said the order was ready. Pick up time was 3:50 and I went in at 3:54. They hadn’t started my order. When I told them I was there, two employees started making my sandwiches really quick. I assume because they were embarrassed. All of my sandwiches were horribly built and one was not even the correct meat. I won’t be stopping by this location for sandwiches anymore after this visit.

We came in to have lunch. Ordering 2 of the Meal of the day..12 inch sandwiches, the young lady really short changed the Turkey on both sandwiches. I watched her put 4 slices of cheese on 1 sandwich and 3slices of cheese on the other. My husband told me that if the next time we go in for lunch, we will not order anything if she is working. Maybe she is new to the job, but someone needs to train her properly.

The girl making my sandwich used one pair of gloves to make the sandwiches for four customers, ring us all up on the register, and handle bpa-laden receipts. I have seen this occur at multiple Subway restaurants. Disgusting. I will never eat at Subway again.

We stopped by to get some food since we were in town for a funeral. It was around 7 o clock at night and there were 2 employees working and besides the lady infront of us who had already been helped there was no one there. We told the girl taking our order that we were still deciding and she stood at the counter waiting then proceeded to ask “Are you ready yet” when it had only been a minute at the most of us still looking at the menu. When we gave our order we had asked a question in regards to another item on the menu to which she completely ignored us. Very poor customer service and we were pretty disappointed with the treatment. Otherwise the food was great.

Absolutely terrible experience. The bread we got was harder than a cruton and it wasn’t toasted. Had to repeat the orders multiple times. On one sandwich we said oregano and she put on ranch peppercorn.

Are there rules for your teenage staff when their friends visit? They could hardly focus on making a sandwich. Too busy talking to the friends at the tables than listening to my answers about what I want on a sandwich!

Always kind and easy to make conversation with employees, other than when they have new workers which is totally understandable. Food is always great and they’re always quick to give you as many veggies as you ask for. They don’t mix there seafood as well as they should but now I’m just being finicky.

This is by far the worst Subway around. Staff was rude, one didn’t wash after handling money and cursed like no other. The tables were filthy as was the floor. I was told I could only have white bread because the “bread was F’d up by the staff member who made it” stated by the gal making my sandwich. My daughter was told she could not have a pretzel because they did not want to get one from the freezer. Seriously who hires the staff here?

If I would have wrote a review a couple months ago it probably would have been better by a little but now the other day we went about 3 Subs and the people working didn’t care about how they made it may be completely wrong drenched them in sauce I spoke with the owner actually the wife she was going to take care of the three and then the time I went in to have them taken care of the husband would only do one, i have had issues with them in the past not major but they don’t seem to care about taking care of customers when there was an issue.
They don’t train there employees well, I like to eat there but both stores are the same Owner I will not be taking my business there, big daddy’s deli, sugar bean I can support the local business and I encourage you to do the same.
We were gonna go to the other store and get different sandwiches but my wife changed her mind and ended up not going
