Let me say this. I’ve ordered from this place for a little over a year. Food is decent nothing to rave about. But my issue is the way the lady speaks to you over the phone. I gave grace because of language barrier but I have reached my max with the rude unprofessional behavior. She will curse and be down right nasty. I will never put another dollar into this business.

Expensive – Prices here are made up on the spot so the cost is always changing for the same items. Sesame/General tso’s chicken combination was 90% batter and 75% rice. No white meat option and rice tasted old. Staff is extremely rude (except for delivery driver and girl @ front desk(sometimes). Cleanliness of restaurant is also very questionable. 2 stars for fast delivery.

Our family has been ordering from here regularly for years. It’s the best in the area for takeout Chinese. The food is tasty, the service/delivery is timely, and the prices are fair. Faves include the crispy and light scallion pancakes, and the generous and well-spiced shrimp in garlic sauce.

Just got a bunch of food here, and it’s all fantastic. They have an open kitchen and you can see them make every dish fresh. I ordered crab rangoon and I could immediately tell that they make it themselves instead of using the same frozen stuff as every other Chinese restaurant ever, plus they gave me a huge container of freshly made duck sauce with it. The lady at the front was perfectly nice, didn’t rush us with our orders, asked if we wanted extra sauce, etc. Overall, this was everything I could want from a place to grab some quick food. Would recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My coworkers and I would order from this place all the time. We’d order the same thing every time and each time the price was different. When we asked for a menu they said they didn’t have one.They would always rush us off the phone and they were nasty. Yesterday we ordered and there was a bug in my rice . We called and the man came and his attitude was terrible. We wanted our money back and he started yelling because “there was only a bug in one and the rest were fine”. After he finally agreed to give us our money back he yelled and told us to lose their number and told us not to call again. He was very unprofessional and this is not how you do business.Especially when it comes to people’s food. Don’t get food from here, but if you do check it thoroughly

Delivery guy argued with me because I didn’t put a tip on the receipt he gave me to sign. I was going to give him a cash tip but when he looked at the receipt and saw that I didn’t put he he began to tell me that I had to give a tip. I decided not to because of that. If there were negative stars i would give that as the score for this resteraunt only because the food is not that great and the lady at the front desk is the nastiest person I have ever met. She is so mean and disrespectful when you try to order food. It is not worth dealing with these people at all especially since the food is sub par.

Been here a few times and the food is amazing! Ive tried a bunch of their foods which all seem to be handmade and delicious, I cant wait to try more!
I don’t understand these comments about the lady being rude as she seemed very nice and just wanted my order like any other food place! She accommodated me asking for extra spicy and was nice about it each time.
People in these comments seem to want some-kind of food slave and cant seem to grasp other cultures languages so they resort to insulting them by labeling them stupid nonsensical gibberish words that dont apply to them. They also should probably not order food if they think the .50 cents extra charge is the deal breaker.
This place is great and I cant wait to try more. Shame you cant report illiterate commenting and that everyone has the ability to share their trash opinion.
