This place felt like I stepped back into the 1970’s in the best way possible. Great service and an outstanding breakfast. I usually take pictures if my meal but I was hungry and the food tasted to good to stop eating for a picture.
I also bought one of their pies to bring home. Im glad I did too. It was an apple pie that was full of b apples and the best tast you could expect.
I am so glad I took the time to stop here. Don’t pass up this place if you’re traveling through or live in the area. You wont regret it.

We often eat here for breakfast, and on Friday or Saturday night, we like to visit for dinner. Their chicken fried streaks are yummy, but the best part of dinner is the desert! So many delicious pies to choose from!

We had a wonderful waitress, Tony, who helped us pick out our pies before our meals arrived. I had a “small” chicken fried steak that was just about the size of a dinner plate. It was really good too! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals except for one thing. Onion rings looked impressive, but were doughy. Do try the lemon Oreo pie!

My family and I met for a get together, and it was just so pleasant. Our server Toni was great. Our food was fresh, flavorful and cooked just right. We were able to sit and visit over our meal and enjoy each other’s company. I will definitely come back. The pies were wonderful and so was the coffee! Can’t wait to try more menu items!

The best cooked meal we have had in a long time! The decor is vintage with antiques displayed throughout…so charming! The staff are caring, friendly and generous…like coming home! I had a yummy chicken fried chicken, smoke flavored green beans, mashed potatoes/gravy, roll and a great glass of unsweet tea! My husband really enjoyed their (he said it felt like 5 lbs lol) mushroom and grilled cheeseburger with fries. So excited they stayed open and fed us on our road trip home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing this place for your next meal!

Simply Country is an absolute gem! On my recent journey, this restaurant shone with its exceptional service, thanks to our server, Tony, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The vegetable soup was pure perfection, bursting with fresh flavors and comforting warmth—every bite was like a hug. If you’re passing through, don’t miss this delightful spot! Highly recommend!

I had a local recommend this place. As my family walked through the door you feel the this place is a family environment. You sat yourself. There is a salad bar, just for when you need food right away. The place was very peaceful. My husband ordered a T bone stake and I ordered a American cheese burger. The plate was full of food, hot and fresh. So much food we had leftovers. For 4 people including states only $70 not bad. I have a whole other meal in the box to go. Great place!
