I usually love this location! It’s my go-to Subway as it is the closest to my home. Recently, I had a poor experience. I received a sandwich that was completely different from what I ordered. It must have been a sandwich mixup. I understand that the employees were hard at work and busy because it was lunch time. However, even if it took longer, I would have waited happily if it meant that I got the sandwich I ordered. I will come back again, but it was a disappointing experience.

The fact that only six olives can be placed on a foot long subway sandwich.Due to the owner or manager’s discretion is absolutely ridiculous. So not only did I spend forty bucks at this location on sandwiches i now have to go home and add my own olives due to stinginess. I’ve never had any other location limit My olives to a sandwich. i’m not asking for cans upon cans being added to my sandwich, I just wanted more than six, and I even offered to pay for the extra.Olives and i was told that wasn’t allowed either. If this is going to be the case, i’m finding myself a new sandwich place that will actually add the toppings.That I want to eat to my sandwich. Tonight my twins and I wanted Subway so I ordered online. When I got there they told me that they had to make them on wheat bread because that’s all they had, I was so worried my girls were going to hate it.

Jerk employee mangled my sandwhich. I went in the last couple minutes before closing and asked if they would prefer I come back another time and the guy said it would be fine. The man was super condescending and abrupt during the entire experience and when I open up my sandwhich I see that he completely mangled my sandwhich. I love Subway but I don’t see myself going back to this location any time soon.

Completely unprofessional experience. I ordered my sandwich online, picked it up from the mobile order area. Opened it in my car and had all sorts of vegetables that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t even toasted.
Instead of making a new sandwich this guy starts picking off olives one by one like he’s going to give me back the sandwich. I tried not to laugh and told him he could re use the meat if he gave me new bread to put it on. He walked away and kept muttering rude things under his breath like this whole event was my fault or something. I was very nice and told him no rush I’m not in a hurry but I do expect to get what I ordered. This is crazy. I don’t even want to come back here over his reaction on me asking him to do his job, the right way without oversight. Please address the attitude problem with the only Male employee 4/19/25@5:20PM

I’m giving this place one star as I WAS planning to pick up a quick sandwich on my way to meet someone to study at WSU library but both here AND the Student Union eateries were all closed so I ended up just going without lunch. (BOTH this Subway & Einstein Bagels were listed as open on maps!) Boo!!!!

The new menu is way better than what the old menu was. This location had two young ladies working. They were extremely friendly and nice. Made my sandwich very fast. I have been back multiple times now. I prefer this location to others that are close to my place of residence.

We came in tonight about 30 minutes before 9 PM. The store closing hours are 9PM. We ordered sandwiches for 2 adults and 4 kids. By the time we got our sandwiches and sat down it was 8:45 PM. As soon as we stated eating the guy said we close in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later we were told the lobby was closed and we were essentially kicked out.
This was a terrible experience at this subway. I would never come here again.
