First time trying this place after hearing amazing things from tons of people. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was a vibe, the employee that took my order was super helpful and nice, as well as the guy that gave me my order. I got the 5 taco combo. The tacos were the BEST birria tacos I’ve EVER had. I can’t wait to come back and try other items!

We used to order here months ago every other week! It used to be so good! Best birria in Lincoln! It was spicy and salty and not sweet tasting. But I ordered it for delivery lastnight and the tortillas were not soaked, did not have cheese, and the juice is much sweeter. I was truly dissatisfied with the total switch of recipe it seems! I will not be ordering here anymore! We learned how to make it months ago. Which is why we quit ordering from here so much. And we will be just spending the money doing that moving forward!

The service was Fantastic. John could not have been more hospitable, friendly, positive, upbeat and attentive.
First, I had the Queso Birria Tacos, which I thought were sensational.
After that, I still had some room left and decided to try the much praised
Churro Cheesecake, which I also thought was delicious.

Came out for a late lunch with my family. We ordered everything on the menu. Very good!!!! Clean environment. The owner was very nice. The cheesecake was amazing. Definitely will be coming back whenever we’re in the area.

This was so good. I don’t make it down town often, but was able to stop here when going to a concert.
I got the tacos to just get an idea of the place. I also got chips and salsa. It was all so good. The tacos were really good. Their sauces and salsa was great. Great experience overall and want to go back to try some other items.

Came into this restaurant blind, didn’t really know what I was walking into. A friend recommended it on a whim so I thought I would give it a shot. This place, and this food, is absolutely awesome! From the entrees to the sauce I didn’t try anything that I didn’t like. I came in with a small group and we each ordered something different to attempt to get a decent sample of the menu. There wasn’t a single item that I was disappointed in, everything was superb. I would highly recommend making a stop if you are nearby and I would also recommend loading it up, add all the fix’ns!

After hearing wonderful things about Birria Boss we just simply could not pass it up! Decided to get it for a dinner after work, and was pleased immediately by the welcoming interior and what seemed to be ample seating for the crowds sure to come! The staff are super helpful with explaining the menu if needed and they update their social media with the newest creations and offerings. We got the Boss Elote, Quesa Birria Taco, and the Birria Quesadilla. Honestly some of the best food I have had in a while and I’m beyond excited to go back and try more! Good prices, good drink selection, and and overall great experience; will highly recommend to anyone I can!
