There is a worker who super tall & has a beard that is always super friendly, polite and thorough. He always makes eye contact and jaur does his job well. The restaurant is always clean and the service super good.

Food and service is spotty at this location. Speaking of spotty, no wifi today. Ordered a $2.99 California burger. Skipped the California Sauce and just got mayo. It was surprisingly good. This double cheese burger comes with lettuce, onion, and tomato. Not huge like a Big Carl, just about right for lunch. You can upgrade to a combo for more money. Still a good deal.
Very few customers at the lunch hour. Today the crew was very energetic and LOUD. So much chatter! I guess they weren’t all that busy.

Hit the drive through, no line, ordered a combo. $16.63 total for a sloppy wet greasy double with cheese and loads of mayo and ketchup dripping off it and the slight odor of fish. Fries were cold and floppy. I could not eat this. I can see why there’s no line there.

How I always order at any fast food. “Kids meal”. I want my kid to be happy first. When they finally gave me my food first. The kids meal was in a regular bag. NO TOY! Just a cookie
I work at a convenient store. My medium drink is a 32oz. When I got my medium drink for my combo order. It was a 24oz cup I am paying $15 for a combo meal and get a small drink!? That doesn’t add up.
Not to mention. Almost driving off with out the drinks. Yep. Y’all forgot the drinks the first time.
I might as well go back into town and get a meal that is less money and a bigger medium drink. Very disappointing.

Food was fantastic ! Didn’t go inside but it was nice and clean so that a huge plus for me ! The service wasn’t bad but not beat either. Not very good communication when I paid , took my card disappeared for a bit. Came back with my food handed me my card and that was it. Not friendly or helpful but not mean either , if that makes sense. Lol ! Then again I’m in the drive thru and am getting food fast ! And it was pretty quick

I ordered 2 grilled chesse breakfast sandwich meals one without egg and drinks. Get home and all I got was sandwich and drinks. What a joke, plus when I went it was 8:50am and they told me don’t open till 9am? But their website says 7am???

the food was good. the customer service was okay, but not great. The cashier gave me a senior discount, which made me feel older than I actually am. I am, only, in my fifties, but he made me feel like I am in my eighties. I will never go there again
