Visited them at 7:30 on a Tuesday night, ordered drive through (self-order touch screen ), submitted order and waited for someone to take my payment. It was like 5 minutes before I gave up and drove forward to see through the main windows. The place was dark, and no one was inside. At dinner time. Why does your location say it’s open if you’re not? Why on earth would you be closed at 7:30pm?!?!

I went through their drive-thru and used the touch screen to order. I then sat at the pick up window for 20 minutes (yes 20!!!) without being acknowledged. I finally gave up and drove away. There was maybe one customer in the lobby as I was driving out. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if I have to go inside anyway?

Been to this subway a couple of time and each time there’s always a problem. We went today 04/28/23 at 7:15pm. The two girls working tonight didn’t even address us and just kept gossiping the whole time while we walked up and we’re waiting at the glass. There were no other customers in the store at this time so there’s no reason why we had to stand there while they finished their conversation. One of the girls boyfriend came in and she decided to keep gossiping, hugging, and kissing with him. Frustrated with the service as these two girls should not be working customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would, both the girls weren’t wearing name tags so I didn’t catch their names.

I have visited this subway quite Couple of times. The sub sandwich is not much tastier than I have expected because of the freshness of bread and the sub making style. Staff is attentive and customer friendly. This SUBWAY is located at Downtown -Helena which usually very busy at lunch times as many offices are around this subway. The subway is maintaining neat and hygienic way. They need to work to improve the taste.
