Everytime (except for one time) I order through door dash, I barely get any food and they often forget items. It’s really disappointing. I love chipotle so I keep ordering assuming it’s just a bad day for them . But the u district location on the ave is particularly bad. I wish I could DoorDash from a different location.

Big servings (Biggest chipotle I’ve ever seen. Bigger than my head (swipe to see my hand for scale). It was delicious but I couldn’t finish it (way too big). Perfect if you’re broke like me and want max food for your money, but if you like your chipotle perfectly balanced or eat it in one bite, probably not for you. I had to eat mine with a spoon… and I still loved it.)

Just had the most surreal experience at this chipotle.
They didn’t tell us that they only had barbacoa/carnitas until we had started ordering, or that they were out of all toppings except two kinds of salsa and cheese. Extremely tiny portions, maybe they were trying to stretch what they had left. Still got charged the same amount. Staff was super obnoxious, e.g. instead of asking if we wanted white or brown rice, one server said, “do you want the zeezee or the zaazaa?” while laughing his head off with his friend. Peak humor, my guy. I ordered a tortilla on the side, and they forgot to include it. My friend found a large piece of plastic in his bowl. They were out of forks. There was garbage all over the floor. Note that all of this was more than 2 hours before their closing time.

Frequently 30-40 minutes behind on mobile orders. I submitted an order at 5:20, earliest pickup was 5:50. I get there and there are people still waiting on pickup times from 5:10!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Workers are unable to process a refund in store for a mobile pickup order.

The worst location I’ve ever been to…. constantly in disarray. Today’s fiasco was an online order supinated for 12:50… I finally left at 1:30 after hearing people with 12:30 order times still didn’t have food yet. The orders were coming out at about 1 every 5 mins…. I kid you not there were 25+ people standing around waiting for their orders. Terrible… now I have to go through the fiasco of disputing the credit card charge. Shame!

I visited your store around 6:35 PM today and ordered a chicken bowl. While placing my order, I realized sour cream was missing and asked the staff about it only then was I informed that it had run out.
Had I known this beforehand, I would’ve chosen to order another day. Unfortunately, the bowl didn’t taste the same without it, and I didn’t feel I received value for my money.
