Today I tried out the subway drive thru. Their ordering system is automated on a touch screen which is a fun little piece of technology. They had buffalo chicken as an option which I appreciated since it’s not available at all subways. The construction of the sandwich itself was a little messy but overall good!

I’ve had nothing but problems lately. This year, I have gone in and gone through the drive through a total of six times, and only one time I’ve received the sandwich the way I ordered it. The last time was the final straw, on Wednesday, May 17th I went through the drive through placing my order on the kiosk double checked with the employee he repeated exactly what was in my order back to me. When I opened the sandwich it was completely wrong, toppings I requested were not on the sandwich and toppings not requested on it. I called in that night, and the phone just rang. The next day someone finally answered after three tries, only to get told that they wouldn’t do anything and that I should have brought it back that night.

The customer service here was interesting tonight. She served me while talking on the phone on her personal phone that was in her bra under their shirt. She spoke in Spanish while on the call and making my sandwich. She never got off the phone. Poor poor customer service.

I recommend not to use the drive thru. You can’t see them make the sandwich. They messed up my sandwich not having avacado, cheese, spinach and green peppers. Check your sandwich(es) if you use the drive thru before leaving. To top it off, that specialty club cost $14.50.

Absolutely absurd place. Please please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I placed my online order at 3:08pm on 7-8-23 and 53 minutes later my sandwiches were finally complete. The guy who started my order (kai) had gloves on pulled his phone out texted with his gloves on and then put phone back in pocket and then continued to put veggies on someone’s sandwich. The people in the back who are in charge of online orders do not speak any English which is completely unacceptable. Then when I finally received my sandwiches one was incorrect and then Taeysen remade that sandwich for me. He was the ONLY one who helped me. He stayed calm and collected. He did a great job and while I waited handled a rush of about 12 patrons all by himself. Him being only 14 years of age rocked it! When he gets to be 16 he needs to come and work for a real fast food place where they could his natural managerial abilities. SHAME on this franchise owner. The place was a mess it was dirty and SEVERELY mismanaged!!! Go to another sandwich shop like Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s and get the service you deserve. Thanks again Taeysen for helping us keep our cool.

This Subway is ALWAYS understaffed. The poor teenage kiddos that work here are always alone. There is always only 1 employee here. Trying to fill walk-ins, drive thru and online orders. It took over 45 minutes to get my sandwiches. Again the girl working here was kind and working hard but this is poor management.

Every single time I come in here there’s issues. As you can see from the picture they make the sloppiest subs ever, if they provided napkins it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but since they never do ( unless I remember to ask ) I end up with sauces on my shirt. Unfortunately I won’t be visiting this particular location again which sucks because I work in the area. Do better please.
