Short wait for table …. No problem. Waited 10 min to order food…. Ok. Waited 1/2 hr to receive 2 of 3 meals ……?? 15 more min wait til last meal and toast from 1 of the others was finally delivered to the table. No explanation or I’m sorry for wait at any time. FYI. Only left side of restaurant open. Seemed like there was plenty of staff. Immediately requested to go boxes. My daughter and 3 yr old dau. Went to car. I went to pay. Waitress asked person at front to run my card… Stood waiting as help started talking to each other “Excuse me can you run my card”. Got there just before 11:30. Left without 2 of us eating there at 12:45. Last time for us.

What a rare gem on the Cape! Betsy’s was an absolutely delicious spot to have our breakfast in an old time diner! Jukeboxes at the tables and spinning stools at the counter complete the ambiance. There are some modern options like gluten free pancakes and waffles. They even have a dedicated, full sized waffle maker!

Great place for breakfast, sorry haven’t had lunch there. Good quick service and food portions. Even watch them set up for a couple of large parties (10+).

Hubby and I vacation in Falmouth multiple times a year. We wanted to try Betsy Diner, atmosphere looked awesome. Our first time here. French toast was super soggy and tasted more like eggs. Left most of my food. Waitstaff friendly. I don’t recommend

Living in Falmouth, I’ve surprisingly never had the chance this diner before. It sticks out like a sore thumb in a good way; it has a proper retro, decorative American vibe. The prices are basically the same compared to other breakfast diners in the area. There was only one waitress, and she was pretty patient with costumers. The food was a bit disappointing. I decided to do a takeout, which was my first mistake. It didn’t take very long, and I walked for a little bit to sit in the park outside. I ordered a grilled corn muffin but they gave me a blueberry. It was still delicious; there was a good butter ratio and it was super fluffy but I wish it had been toasted more. I also ordered a veggie omelet with home fries. The portion was super big; Betsy’s really stays true to their “Eat Heavy” motto! I should’ve asked for more ketchups, because the three packets was definitely not enough to mask how dry and stale the potatoes were. The omelet was also unpleasant and flavorless. Eggs are a pain to cook perfectly, and these came out super thin and dry. I could barely taste any cheese, and there was a lot of liquid coming from the vegetables, which made the texture almost rubbery. I’m sure that my experience would’ve been better if I had just eaten it fresh in the restaurant instead. No hate to the cooks, I would still come back to eat inside if I had the chance!

I haven’t been there in quite a while. I took my granddaughter for a walk down Main street and decided to stop inside for brunch. The service was great my waitress was a local from Falmouth was able to give plenty of tips on where to go. We had a Reuben which was really good the way it should be made. My granddaughter had the children’s menu banana pancakes which were huge. It was a nice experience.

Just a good old fashioned diner with delicious food. Came for breakfast on a Sunday and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table but it was definitely worth it. I got the biscuit and sausage gravy that was on special. Large portions, hot coffee, everyone at the table demolished their meal, and the server was friendly. Can’t beat that.
