second time coming to this location and getting completely unseasoned fries. this time when i asked for some seasoning on the side, i got “no i can’t give it to you on the side but i can put them on the fries” so i hand him back the bag only to be disappointed again with a dash or two of seasoning on top of the fries. i was just gonna cut my losses, but then found what looks to be blue chipped nail polish on a fry further down in the container. didn’t plan on taking a bite from the initial experience but that’s wilddd

Horrible.. just absolutely horrible! I’ve given them a couple chances and I’ve finally had enough. Always “out of chicken” and having to close early. 2 hours early last night, after confirming my order at 7:45pm and waiting about 15 min. Staff just be hanging out on their phones or talking amongst themselves not even acknowledging that you’re there after making eye contact with you. Corporate or owners definitely need to clean house! Hire people that actually want to work. Not hang out like it’s high school!

They did not have any of the food on the menu hardly which is understandable because they had a snowstorm down here but the employee that wasn’t even working the window had no business coming over and talking crazy for no reason. Me and the guy that I work with was in the truck talking and he come over and asked me if I had a four-piece chicken dinner which was wrong and I said no. But I was also laughing with him about the story we’re telling and he wanted to be a smart-ass and asked what was so funny for one the last time I checked you’re allowed to laugh anytime you want. It’s your god-given right? The manager just kind of played it off when I called her and talked to her. Probably the ruest employees I’ve ever seen at a restaurant, especially one that didn’t have no food and we was still just fine with eating whatever we got but the service is zero. Awful. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told there was a two minute wait… almost 15 minutes later, I had a sandwich. Ordered the sandwich with extra pickles, sandwich had no pickles on it. Rubbery texture to the chicken as well. I was lucky enough to get the tomato stem, though!

Avoid this place! It will be an absolute waste of your hard earned money! Served food so incredibly old, I couldn’t even eat it! The bo rounds in our orders were so old and brown. They tasted refried! Sausage patty was incredibly pale and smelled horrible! The customer service it equally terrible and stale. I will treat myself next time and drive to Huntersville or Monroe/Waxhaw for a good fresh meal at Biscuitville!

I had a really great dine-in experience. A young lady waited on me and my son. Her name is Sky Young (hope i spelled it right). She was really friendly and her customer service was excellent. She gave some recommendations and the food was delicious! My 10 year old son insisted we come there and I’m so glad I did! SHOUT TO SKY FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We’ll be back again!

I cannot fill out the other aspects of the food, service, and atmosphere. I went to the drive thru @ this location on October 4th 2025 @ 0509 hours. Before I got up to the drive thru line I googled just to make sure Bojangles was open. Sure enough it states on the website that this location in Fort Mill opened @ 0500. Got to the speaker to place my order and the lady came over and said, “HEY, we aren’t open @ this time.” My response was, ok well what time do you open? The lady then took a deep sigh as if I was bothering her, sucked her teeth and said, we dont open until 0530 to 0545. I said ok and drove off. Will not go back. Not sure what is going on with customer service these days??!!! Should have went with my gut feeling and went past my home to the Bojangles. Being as though I had just gotten off work I wanted to stop on the way home so that I didn’t have to back track which I still ended up doing!!!

I did not enjoy this experience. I waited for about 2 min before someone came on and greeted me saying we don’t have no dark meat, biscuits.it was a woman taking my order . I ordered a 5 orig supreme combo with bottle water. When i got to window a gentlemen with braids or dreads took my card and swiped then walked off came back handed my food and told me wait for the water. He then came back with the water and said have a good day . I stated sir u never handed me my card back he then stated oh and went and got my card . By this time he handed my card and walked off. I stopped the woman and said mam i ordered a 5 piece it’s only 4 in the box , she stated oh her bad and gave me two extra tenders and close the window at this point i realized she became aggravated and walked off before i could ask for extra sauce. To top it all off the food was cold . The fries were colder than the tenders. I will never attend this location again due to this horrible customer service expierence along with the food being below standards.
