I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location today. I asked for extra ketchup with my order, and the employee assisting me repeatedly insisted that there was already ketchup in the bag instead of simply providing additional packets. The interaction became unnecessarily argumentative over something very small.
A simple request should not turn into a back-and-forth. Customer service matters, and this situation could have been handled much more smoothly and politely. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future customers do not have to deal with the same issue.

Nobody working the counter and the kiosk was unusable. After trying the kiosk it instructed me to pay at the counter. Manager came to review my order and was rude. Asked if I had been helped I said no I am waiting to pay. This after being forced to search for and select a table number prior to completing the kiosk order. I explained the kiosk ordering is annoying and not easy to use. He stared and mumbled as he walked away. All of the breakfast patty, biscuit and eggs were way undercooked. Sprite was watered down. Four employees were eating breakfast at 9:30am on a Wednesday. Several were laughing and dancing in the kitchen. Place was empty. Immaculate braids and nails though I can’t lie. Seriously feel driven away from here.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star. There’s no reason you should sit in a drive through for damn near an hour for a 10 piece chicken nugget. Everyone I spoke to had an attitude and acted like they wished they weren’t there. Overall service was crap and the time sitting in the drive through is inexcusable. When speaking to the person at the drive through about the issue, CARMEN was VERY rude and I got the window closed in my face. Customer service needs to be checked on because it’s nonexistent here. Get it together.

I’ve had bad experiences at other locations, but their customer service at this one is great. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fresh. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the area.

Ordered delivery through doordash, was missing 2 cheeseburgers and the mccrispy was burnt. I called the Mcdonald’s asking to speak to a manager because since the bags are taped up the door dasher couldn’t check the food. Plus they didn’t make the food? I was looking to get credited or some kind of refund since this was the Mcdonald’s fault but the manager was very rude and told me I needed to call doordash and then hung up on me. Wasn’t doordashes fault and will not be ordering from here again.
