Went to the drive-through during lunch, pulled up to the microphone, and was told that “there are four customers in the lobby ahead of me, they will be with me in a moment”. A moment passed to five minutes or more, and I don’t appreciate being lower priority just because I’m in the drive-through. They should not be saying that to drive through customers-it’s not right. Ended up driving away and going to Arby’s.

My friends and I have been there about 3 times through the drive through. Everytime we’ve done this, the lobby has been completely empty and the worker on drive through has said that they’re working on orders and will be with us in a second.

I’ll eat a subway sandwich once in a while. The new menu items are fine. The monster is pretty good. The register asks me slyly for a tip? I mean, I can goosh out too much mayo in one spot by myself, I don’t feel the need to tip for that.

If I could give 0 Stars I would.The employee closing tonight was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 8:50 in the drive through and he answered and said he would be with us shortly and then when we walked in at 9 he said they were closed and refused to admit that he was sitting in his phone for an that 10 minutes so he didn’t have to work. Not the first, second or third time they have just refused to help us in the drive thru. Definitely go anywhere else besides here and to get better service

Service has always been slow as long as I’ve known. I come here frequently and nothing ever changes. Management is the same. Sometimes I wonder if workers are even properly trained, I always see the person making sandwiches running the cash register and never switching gloves. There’s always something every other time I come here

Not very welcoming when you walk in the door they almost look like you inconvenienced them and it’s been that way every time I have come to this location which is why I’m finally leaving a review. I had an online order and when we got home my sandwich barely had turkey and the other one barely had any tuna to the point my husband didn’t even want to eat it because it was literally just bread and veggies even took all the veggies off and it looked like they just smeared a little tuna across. Very disappointed that I left a tip to the person who made it all because honestly they didn’t deserve it! My order was already not cheap so it’s like a slap to the face honestly. I know they don’t care if I come in again I’ve worked similar jobs that’s probably why these employees make it such a terrible experience because they don’t want to help you so I recommend everyone just do yourself a favor and go to the Lindon location and save your time!

Went in at 8:20 on a FRIDAY to get dinner. The door and website says open until 9. When I walked in they were putting food away and said they were closed. Fix hours posted on door and google, or make sure you are open to actually take orders until 9.
