So i’m not sure if it is because i ordered online but here we go. Ordered our food at 6:30, app said be there at 6:45. The order was not finished until 7:06. Only after the line was mostly served did they start the order. (skip the line is advertised in the building with using the app) Lastly our food was not toasted and my girlfriend food was wrong, added lettuce when not requested.I understand maybe they didn’t see it but rushing because you realize I was sitting there for a while and asked if I was the online order.

I enjoy having a Subway location so close to home, and yet, every time I visit, some of the staff are put off and make the experience less than expected. Even when they aren’t busy, a staff member was sweeping and forced me and another customer to wait for them to finish sweeping the establishment before helping fill our orders. I want to come back here and support this location, but not with the way they treat customers, currently.

Put in call in order for 530pm and when we arrived they claimed the order wasn’t even there. Then they agreed the the order was there but then claimed it was in a name it wasn’t in. While we were there several other people with orders that were told their orders also weren’t ready and lastly, they didn’t have enough bread to fill their orders. A very memorable experience and not the good kind.

Walked in to pick up online order. Was stared at by employee like I had cut in line. They just silently looked at me until I pointed at my order. Toasted sub was cold. Roast beef sub had one slice of beef on it. And we didn’t receive our chips.

While the service was fine the restaurant was so hot on the inside I gave up and walked outside to cool down while I waited for them to complete the previous order… this seems to be an ongoing issue for them I was here last year and their ac was broken then too

Went through drive though I don’t mind waiting but waited for a bit and when I started placing the order the cashier didn’t even know what sandwich I wanted when I had already told him so I just drove off of the employee can’t even focus on what I wanted after waiting in the heat to just to take my order

This place is terrible. The manager was in making people sandwiches today. He needs more training on customer service. I like my cookies really soft and I asked for soft cookies and at first he told me that they all big differently in the oven. I asked for specific cookies and he said oh they’re all baked from the same batch but just a few minutes ago, he told me that they are big differently in the oven.. I went to other subways and they take out the cookies in which ones I would like the softest ones to me. This manager refused to sell me the soft cookie and the friend. Stating they come from all the same batch.. he refused to sell me the cookies that I would like to purchase, almost like he wanted the cookie more than me. He refused to sell me any soft cookies that I would like to eat and purchase. I will never go back there and spend my hard-working money at this place. I’ll take the extra miles and go to another place.. unless Management change that’s the only reason why I wanna go back and purchase something there other than that I will never go there.
