I ordered 5 sandwiches from this location via the app. Only 1 sandwich was correct. I had a sandwich with no meat at all when it was supposed to be one of the ones with extra meat. One sandwich was a Mexicali and they didn’t put the avocado on it. One sub that we only got a 6″ when I ordered and payed for a foot long. And a sub that the comments on how the sandwich was wanted made was completely disregarded. After getting home we discovered all of the problems with the order. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. When I got back to the store the kid tried to argue with me explaining how they didn’t make any mistakes. Eventually they agreed to remake the sandwiches with errors. This is not at all what I expect for having paid almost $50 for the food.

The tall guy with the blonde and brown hair always makes my sandwich perfectly, I ask for a few particular things with my sub and he’s always kind about it while other employees and subway restaurants seem annoyed when I ask for things that add an extra step to the process. This subway is like most other subways, the ingredients do seem fresh but the 5 stars is for him.

I came here today and got a tuna provolone sandwich. Right after the first bite a dead bug fell out of it. I’m extremely disgusted and will not be returning. I will be reaching out to higher ups.

I cannot recommend this Subway location to anyone. The drive-thru experience was terrible, with no one responding to my multiple requests to order in the 3 minutes I sat there. I had plans for the night and just got off of work, so I headed home to change and get stuff ready, and I also placed a mobile order while home. After about 15 minutes I headed back to the store on my way to my evening plans and went in to grab my mobile order, but I was met with even more incompetence. I walked in and the 2 employees asked if it was mobile or dine in, I told them mobile to which they said their receipt printer ran out of paper and lost my receipt, so they had to write down my order from my phone and after 10 additional minutes of finally making my sandwich they still managed to mess it up. Both my sandwiches were missing all the sauces and seasonings which made them dry and unappetizing, and I made sure the employee wrote down the sauces I wanted on the paper. To make matters worse, the employee making another order kept touching his phone with his gloves on and continued making sandwiches without changing gloves. This is not only unsanitary but also a health violation, and it’s completely unacceptable. If you value your time and your health, stay far away from this Subway location.

Cashier gave themselves an 18% tip without asking. When asked for a refund on the tip, manager glared at me while handing me cash. Shut the glass door without a word. Dishonest and entitled attitude. Not a fan.

Honestly, I am not sure this even deserves one star. My husband’s sandwich was falling apart and coming out of the wrapping even before we got home. I had to unwrap it and peel soggy paper off of it. My bread didn’t even looked cooked, and normally I will forgive getting a small part of the order wrong but they put the chipotle sauce on mine and I am severely sensitive to spices. My husband ended up with a deconstructed sandwich and I ended up with a mouth full of fire. I hope this issue is a one time thing, but I doubt we will be trying this location again any time soon.

It took twenty minutes and we were the only ones there. I ordered a teriyaki chicken with provolone. They gave me bread with shredded cheese in it. That’s it, no chicken or anything. Literally just shredded cheese. My husband got a turkey bacon and they only gave him one slice of each without his toppings. Seriously pathetic

I’ve called 6 times to cancel my mobile order. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and I called as soon as I realized, probably before they started the order. But the lines just rings forever and no one answers. I need to cancel my order and get a refund but I can’t get ahold of anyone.
