My mother and I went there this afternoon to get lunch. Arlene was absolutely rude to us. We got a BMT and was told it was now the #18 and we had to get what was on it. We weren’t allowed to get a different cheese, ect. She wasn’t paying attention to us. I was asked 4 times what kind of bread I wanted. She messed up the money at the end transaction. She had an attitude the whole time to the point other customers in there had the “wow face” going on. I’ve been coming here for 25+ years. Never had a complaint. But, this was unbelievable. We just got it to-go after that.

One of the kids (Hai…) who is there this summer was pretty grumpy and confused I was ordering off the menu, which could be a subway thing since they have so many things on the menu so I will remember to just read out what is on the board instead of asking for a menu item I guess..

Traveling through and wanted Subway. There were a couple of younger gentlemen working. They were very patient as I negotiated the menu with my kids and very attentive and polite while making our sandwiches. Store was very clean and so was the sandwich making counter (not always true in all Subways, unfortunately). I would name them specifically if I could remember their names because they deserve a special shout out. Everything looked fresh and tasted delicious. I wish all Subways we’re like this one.

I got off of work and went through the drive through at around 8:20. I ordered a foot long BLT with extra Mayo. When I got home I and opened it, it was swimming in mustard, which I didn’t ask for. I called the store and asked for some form of credit and I was told they had to see the sandwich in order to do that, like they don’t trust their customers. Why should I have to put myself out for something they did wrong?

havent been to impressed with subway lately…maybe its cause ive been eating there since before high school…its just so boring…its not the quality of food or the selections on their menu…cause the food IS good and there ARE alot of choices…ive found more enjoyment at other sammich shops…hope this helps…

As far as Subway goes this is a pretty great location. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I tried the new California Club and it was pretty good. I will go again.
