I have been to this location in the past, and I had a terrible experience. I do not usually write bad reviews because I believe that, at times, things are beyond the control of ownership and management, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. My experience here today is so much better than my prior experiences. The employees were helpful, the restaurant was clean, and they greeted me as I entered and thanked me as I left. Kudos to whoever is working to turn things around; I can see a difference!

I ordered light mustard and got so much I had over a tablespoon drip out of the sandwich. It also has teriyaki sauce that I didn’t order, yet no olives or onions I did order and hardly any turkey and lettuce. It was so strong from sauce that I couldn’t finish the last third of it. It just tasted like bread and sauce.

This place is the worst Subway. It’s been a few months. So I thought I’d give them a chance. The server stated that the person working last night didn’t know how to make bread. So the buns are all under sized at full price. White and Italian herb are the only two types of bread available. The toaster had been broken for months. Ordered a Turkey Italiano. Got charged for one. Not available, they served a regular turkey sub. When my wife complained the server left to the kitchen for several minutes. A trainee finally came out. She was so new that she started off saying she didn’t know how to wrap a sub. Their card reader has been broken for months as well. At least there’s a sign on it now: “Insert card three times then swipe.”

This location says nothing online about not taking orders in person until 4pm. I arrive at 3:35pm and the girl behind the counter made me sit in my car and order online before going inside to pick up our food. I put my order in before 4pm, but they served the line of people waiting in person to order before starting on my order. I’ve been watching them make sandwiches for 10 minutes, still haven’t started on my order. There are workers doing absolutely nothing, chatting with others, and waiting for people to pay rather than helping to make sandwiches. No manager in site, just a bunch of teens that don’t seem to know how to do their job. I worked at subway myself for a couple years, never saw his kind of lazy disregard for the customer. Won’t be coming here again.

The girl with the tattoo on her right arm gave the worst service I ever had at a subway. Was rude. Didn’t even cut my sandwich, nor put sauce on it. Wasn’t listening to any requests. Workers laughing and not even working, they were all sitting in the dining room. Food was fresh but not the best idea to hire a bunch of kids who could care less about their jobs

Ordered a ham sub through the app. My receipt very clearly stated it was Ham with everything else I ordered on it. Got home and there was NO meat on my sandwich. Not a single piece. I called the store and they were very unhelpful. They didn’t really care to fix it or give feasible options to correct it. The store was close to closing so they told me to bring my sandwich back in the morning to have it remade. No thanks! The store was also very disgusting when I picked up. Never going back.

What’s the point of placing an online order an hour in advance only to get there and have to wait over 30 more minutes PAST the pick up time? I got there and it wasn’t ready and the four kid boys didn’t know how long it would take to finish it. I waited as they let AT LEAST 15 other walk in people come in and order and leave. They asked me 3 times what order I was waiting for. I could see my ticket in the prepping area just getting ignored. Three of the boys kept disappearing into the back while the orders kept getting backed up. They acted like they genuinely didn’t know what to do. WHY they don’t have an adult supervisor in store is beyond me!! These are KIDS! The store was an absolute wreck with nasty food all over the floor and prepping area, they kept saying how they were out of everything. The owner/ manager needs to do better and address some major concerns this store is facing. To top it off our sandwhiches we’re not even correct. This has happened too many times, and we will never be going back.
