Don’t know how you make a mistake when your being told how to make a sandwich, the girl with the tattoos needs to be fired this is was my 4th time having issues with her. She doesn’t listen and always has an ear bud in her ears. I told her I wanted pepper jack but she but cheddar when I asked for her to fix it all she did was give me attitude. And didn’t fix it, I swear she’s on something and if she can’t listen to a customer it’s damaging the business.

Lilly was amazing, she had excellent customer service and was very patient when I couldn’t decide on what to order! She even gave me a few recommendations on the new menu! Very nice I would say she has been the nicest worker every time! Thank you!

I ordered light mustard and got so much I had over a tablespoon drip out of the sandwich. It also has teriyaki sauce that I didn’t order, yet no olives or onions I did order and hardly any turkey and lettuce. It was so strong from sauce that I couldn’t finish the last third of it. It just tasted like bread and sauce.
My daughter also got a sandwich with extra lettuce and they put zero lettuce on it. I don’t know how you can mess up this much. I hate throwing away food I paid for.

Every single time we order double protein on our sandwiches, there’s barely even a single serving. This has been an issue the last 4 or 5 times we’ve ordered. The manager here is a jerk and extremely condescending.

New Ingredients & Menu Items … Same ole’ Meh. I figured if I went today, since it was the first day of the new menu, the veggies and everything would be super fresh. It was nothing special. I got the FootLong Pro (double meat) spicy Italian for $9.69. It was average tasting and the veggies were put on sparingly. The buckets were about empty and instead of getting new ingredients from the back, I got the bottom left overs.
Overall the new menu and ingredients haven’t changed anything….. Same Subway that we used to know.

I have been to this location in the past, and I had a terrible experience. I do not usually write bad reviews because I believe that, at times, things are beyond the control of ownership and management, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. My experience here today is so much better than my prior experiences. The employees were helpful, the restaurant was clean, and they greeted me as I entered and thanked me as I left. Kudos to whoever is working to turn things around; I can see a difference!

This place is the worst Subway. It’s been a few months. So I thought I’d give them a chance. The server stated that the person working last night didn’t know how to make bread. So the buns are all under sized at full price. White and Italian herb are the only two types of bread available. The toaster had been broken for months. Ordered a Turkey Italiano. Got charged for one. Not available, they served a regular turkey sub. When my wife complained the server left to the kitchen for several minutes. A trainee finally came out. She was so new that she started off saying she didn’t know how to wrap a sub. Their card reader has been broken for months as well. At least there’s a sign on it now: “Insert card three times then swipe.”

Sandwiches are pretty much what you expect from a Subway. My complaint is placing an online order, the tracker saying it’s complete just to walk in the store and they haven’t even STARTED it! Waited 20 minutes past the “ready” time(tracker said “ready” at 6:40pm, was actually ready at 7pm) for 2 sandwiches. Several walk ins were done before my order. Fix your online tracking to be CORRECT with where the order is at, even if it goes past the “promise” time.
