I came in and was greeted promptly, atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was cheerful. Super quick was not busy when I had come in and satisfied with my food and service I received, will be coming back soon for sure!

On our way in, an employee was vaping within a few feet of the entrance which meant I had to have my family walk through it. Once we were inside, I noticed the employee making sandwiches was not wearing a hat or hair net like the other employees. While we were having our first sandwich made, the employee vaping came back inside and proceeded to place gloves on his hands without washing them. I decided I was no longer hungry… Unfortunately he took over completing my wife’s sandwich. Without wanting to make a scene in front of the other 2 customers who had walked in, we paid for our meal, left and threw it in the trash and called the store number to speak to the manager. We informed her of the situation but she refused to issue a refund, asked why we didn’t correct the employee (that’s not our job to provide training) and then she hung up on us when we asked for the corporate number.

Got there a half an hour before they closed on Tuesday night and the guy helping me seemed pretty upset I was there, good sandwich though as usual.
