The staff is incapable of following simple instructions such as cutting a footlong in half and wrapping it separately. Even though they knew about the instructions they said oh we didn’t read that until it was too late. The sandwich was brought to the house and it was found to be the wrong sandwich. The staff has plenty of excuses but doesn’t want to help. When customer service is poor then you must worry about the cleanliness of the service in general

This location has been going steadily downhill for a while at a slow decline, up until the most recent store manager quit. Now it’s impossible to get a sub after 7pm, your sub is made wrong anyway even if you CAN get one, and they run such a skeleton crew you’ll be in line forever.
Upper management has no idea how to run a store. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

First time at this location. Happy it was open on Sunday. I ordered using the Subway app. I ordered four sandwiches. All of them were perfectly made to order. The bathroom was super clean and new! We’ll be back, no doubt.

If I could put a 0 star for service I would. The whole point of subway is that you get the sandwich however you want it. I only got olives and spinach for my veggies and I asked for a lot of olives and she said I can’t do that. I told her that I don’t want anything else besides the olives and spinach and she put like 3 more slices of olives. She was rude and every subway I’ve ever been to happily gives me as much olives as I want. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I will not recommend to anyone. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this problem with different members of my family and now I’m done

Rarely does a visit to pick up sandwiches after a long day at work inspire me to rave about a food chain and it’s employees, but tonight is the exception. There was a small problem with my call in order, and Lynn immediately addressed my concern and went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, smiled the whole way through, and made my day a little brighter. She was in charge of the store and knew what it took to, not only fix my order, but make me want to shop at this store twice as much as I have been….I live a block from the store. She managed her small team well and I could tell they all liked working together. Lynn acted like an owner. She took ownership of the problem, her team, and store. Whoever owns this shop is lucky to have Lynn as your manager. People like her are a rare find in a fast food world awash in mediocre employees and lack luster service. Thank you for hiring such a friendly ray of sunshine. Promote her. If you don’t, someone else will. Thanks for the great food served with a happy heart. Appreciated!

Cannot mobile order because every time the sandwich is missing something. Mayo today last time it was pickles etc. It cannot be that hard to read a receipt. Not to mention they heavily skimped out on the rest of the ingredients as well. Ordered extra pickle and got barely any

Man, this guy was new, and I get that, but he acted like the sandwich toppings were coming out of his paycheck. 2 cucumber slices, 3 pickles, 4 olives, and enough mayo for a small family. I should have said something but the other people working already seemed annoyed at the guy. It was a bummer but they have Jalapeño bread and that’s cool. I hope they help the guy make good sandwiches because the place was nice and clean.

So I love chicken bacon ranch sub but with grilled chicken. I got to the subway by Ridley’s and get this about 2x a month sometimes more. I have even gotten it at this location but it’s been a few months. Today I walked in and asked for it and an employee told me you can’t do that any more. I asked since when. He said a while. So I stewed a bit and waited and asked the other employee if both subways were owned and under same management. She said yes. Okay, so tell me why the other location allows it. She said well they aren’t supposed to. I said the manager makes my sandwich almost every time. She again said they aren’t allowed. She said she was the manager there and knew so okay. So I got home and called the other subway and explained everything. They said they are DEFINITELY allowed. So I asked her too if they were own by the same and she also said yes. So tell me why this location can’t swap the chicken? I don’t care if I had to pay more. Our family will NOT be back at these locations and support these subways. Sorry.
