Here’s a revolutionary concept: if you don’t have an item that a customer has already ordered and paid for, you could try using your words to tell them. I know, it’s a radical approach to customer service, but it might save people the delightful surprise of discovering their order is incomplete only after they’ve gotten all the way home.

Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Two young men working 6/11/25 in the evening. Polite, considerate, and made great sandwiches! I hope they get recognized for their skills.

Horrible! I wanted to give them a new chance after a long time away but worse then normal. Online order screwed up, over priced and mediocre food. Paid for 12” and got 6” slab of meatball stuff. Never again!

We ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive thru when it was very busy and they where both made wrong. I understand it can get get frantic where they’re r so many people waiting. It took 30 minutes for us to get our order and I was already late for work so I rushed home and realized they where wrong so I called in to ask if they could remake my order at a later time. The younger guy that answered the phone was very polite and apologetic and went to get his manager. That was the worst manager I’ve ever talked to! He was rude and cut me off, repeating 8 times that it was the store policy to have to see the wrong sandwiches to remake new ones. I’ve never had a problem with this at any other subway and we eat there often in different cities. They have always been accommodating! Well not this one. We will never eat here again. And a manager should never argue how much a meal costs or how many sandwiches there where when he didn’t have to pay for them or have to eat what he did not order!

the cashier was very incompetent. she rang the sale of $31 on my debit card and then charged the sale again which was declined. so i paid cash but could only get one sandwhich. when i brought it to the attention of the manager he said no transaction for the amount charged on my card showed on the system. but i have proof from the bank that i was charged twice pluse the cash transaction of $20. this lunch cost me almost $50 and i receive only ONE sandwhich. i will never go back to that store. they are very incompetent and unwilling to consider that the cashier made a mistake. i have the transaction copy from the bank to prove the mistake.

Three stars is generous, but I think it’s okay I try hard to write reviews when I’m happy because most people are propelled by a bad experience, but this experience was absolutely mediocre at best. I ordered my food online because I assumed the speaker was broken at the drive thru. I placed my my order and paid at the same time, app was SUPER EASY AND FAST! Estimated time for my sandwich? 20 min! Okay… so I sit in my car and pay bills etc. as I watch the app, finally 20 min. Later I go inside even though the app says my sandwich is being made and not done… I went in to rude customer service, asked about the app which they basically said they don’t use… or have any way to notify people who ordered online their food was done. Weird, I just ordered six foot long sandwiches in New Meadows, I think, and it was done in 10 minutes and the app worked. After getting into my van to devour my sandwich it wasn’t even made the way I ordered it….
POSITIVES:
1. My sandwich was actually done in five minutes, I just didn’t know.
2. My sandwich was delicious and fresh with lots of toppings.
3. The store was VERY clean.
4. If you use the app you can get great deals!

I called at 9:32 AM. I asked if I could get 8 six inch subs ordered for 2:30 pm. I was told that it is a busy time of the year and for big? Orders they need 24 hour notice? A solution was not even offered. So I called Subway in Pullman Washington and they gladly took my order.
I will gladly go into Washington to get my Subs next time.
Moscow Subway has lost my business and I will be sure and let know other harvest crews to go to Pullman Washington.
