Super disappointed with my salad. The past few weeks I’ve recently discovered subways salads! Delicious! Been addicted to the BLT and have ordered it several times… but today I completely wasted my money!
In addition to the additional 4.00 extra i am ripped off by ordering on Uber eats instead of going into the store personally, today I received not a salad but a sandwich in a bowl.
I am not a stupid woman, I understand the premise of these salads is they are based off popular subs which is why I love them!!!
However if I wanted my “sandwich in a bowl” I would have ordered a sub minus the bread.
The DIFFERENCE is in the past my salads have always been diced into smaller pieces so its actually edible.
Instead today, I’ve recieved entire tomatoes cucumbers bacon ect… only thing cut up was the spinach and lettuce and im assuming that’s only because it arrives that way…
Had to eat most of it with my fingers! Yuck!
Do BETTER SUBWAY! Because I know you can!!!
This was such a disappointing, literal MESS to eat that I didn’t even finish it.
If the teens running the counter every day are not qualified to use cutting implements, please hire someone who is!!!

Building was absolutely filthy. Had to clean a table for ourselves, floors hadn’t been mopped in so long they were caked black with ick, bathroom was too fouled to let my kiddo use the facilities. We got a fun bonus that they were experiencing some sort of power failure while we were there too – lights all shut off and the fridge units holding the sandwich toppings all turned off out front. As far as I could tell we got our food before there was a temp issue but there’s no telling if it was a one off or if they had been having issues for a while. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely filthy inside. Garbage and food all over the floors and table surfaces. Bathroom was incredibly nasty. The staff all disappeared into the back with some kids that showed up and didn’t return for several minutes.

I wanted to leave a review and shoutout the gentleman that was working today. When I entered the store there was a customer that was being quite rude to the workers. The gentleman working replied very professionally despite the customers rude remarks. I was quite taken back by the customers words but the way the employee handled things was too notch.
When I was deciding what to order the gentleman working was very helpful and offered menu options and was kind enough to answer all of my questions.
The sandwich was good too!

I stopped in to pick up my order, and when I politely asked for a cup of water (it was very hot outside), the girl working there refused and was extremely rude about it. There was no reason for the attitude — I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Very poor customer service. If Subway can’t train their staff to show basic courtesy, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Shari prepared my order along with 3 other of my friends. The dude that was helping her was extremely rude to her in front of everyone in the store. I greatly appreciated how kind Shari was even though she was embarrassed in front of everyone and her manager. I hope Shari gets recognized for her great customer service and positive attitude. She deserves some praise and a raise. The that jerk should be fired. No place for him in a place that requires teamwork, communication, and respect.

“Short-staffed” and had two people making 40 sandwiches at lunch time downtown. Online orders are a joke. Waited 30 minutes past the time on my pre-scheduled order while Thelma and Louise toddled around saying sorry. Just close if you can’t staff your business. Unacceptable to make people wait for orders that were supposed to be faster than waiting in line. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Terribly understaffed. Out of many ingredients. They did not honor the $6.99 meal of the day. Those of us in line waited at least 35 mins each. . Online orders take priority over walk in customers. Asst mgr walked out leaving amazing Sherry all alone to fill all orders. She deserves 5 stars and a huge raise! Owners, hire more staff or delay online orders when store is packed with walk-ins. So many customers walked out in disgust!!!
