Delicious food and good ingredients. I love getting the wraps, more toppings and no bread. The server wasn’t speaking loud enough to be heard through his mask (which he had pulled down so it wasn’t covering his nose, but he didn’t sneeze so…) so we had a hard time ordering but ultimately we were all satisfied with delicious food.

I’m done trying with Subway. I’ve gotten the same sandwich for more than 20 years. Landed on this Subway since it’s the closest to my house. I do not eat out often. When I do, it’s Subway 99% of the time. I always get the Steak & Cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The variability in the amount of steak received is extremely frustrating. In the past, I did not even have to ask for double meat. The portion of meat has gotten smaller and smaller just in the past 2 years. I stopped going at all for about 6 months because it was so frustrating. I gave it one last try this evening. I asked for the sandwich, the kid behind the counter scoops 1 and 1/2 scoops for the whole footling. I then ask for double meat. He proceeded to add half a scoop, then asked “is this good”. At this point I was just tired of trying so I asked for an additional six inch steak and cheese so that I could add the meat to my main sandwich. Subway, for the love that everything that is holy, if steak requires this level of rationing, please offer a triple steak option or do some pre-weighing of the steak so the amount is standard. In addition to the shrinkflation, the quality of the steak has taken a sh*t. There is way more gristle and tough bits of steak. When this is literally the only fast food I eat, it’s extremely disappointing. I’ll pay $20 or whatever, just give me the meat. Excuse me while I chomp through this gristle.

Will never go here again. Dry disgusting bread and so little meat that it’s insane they charge $11 for a sandwich that just 2 years ago was $7. It’s subway. Be good and fresh or be cheap. When you’re neither, it’s game over

joel was extremely rude to me when I asked him to change his gloves, then when he did change his gloves he ended up touching his nose halfway thru making my sandwich. it might be a good idea to train your worker on basic customer service and keeping a sanitary environment.

Joel had a ‘crazy day’ – his words not mine. And it was NOON! Next time buddy, don’t be a jerk when I can’t hear you mumble questions behind your mask, don’t ask judgingly if my child is going get vegetables on his sandwich (he’s eats them, just not on sandwiches) meat and cheese was all he wanted, don’t get a job in customer service if you don’t have any of those skills. And next time JOEL if you’re having a crazy day try not to take it on a mom just trying to have a lunch date with her child. Shame on you dude.

I go into this Subway frequently and pick up lunch for our office. Usually, the employee I encounter is very friendly and it’s a positive experience. Today I went in and was told that I would not be served if I did not wear a mask!! All this while I’m literally 10 feet away from the employee and counter screened by protective shields. This is inside Walmart and Walmart does not require a mask, so I did not have one with me. I had to leave. Pathetic way to treat your customers. Brainless lemmings controlled by an irrational fear because that’s what they’re told to do. Sad. Really sad.

Kylee and the guy with the California tattoo were super unprofessional, unpleasant and took forever I was the only one in having a sandwich made and it took so long , the were saying inappropriate things and made me regret going to this subway, I suppose it’s what i should expect in a walmart. You could tell neither of them wanted to be there and they could care less about the customer …. will never be back
