We ordered 3 different burgers, which were exactly what we wanted. We also ordered a baked potato and got a bacon cheese fries instead. The other bacon cheese fries was perfect. We also ordered 2 different Frosty’s and we received 2 Sprites. WTH???? And the staff at places like this want more money per hour? How about you read and give the customers the items that they order. Not what you want to substitute. Or call about a substitution. We never received a call. No message from them whatsoever.

It’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM with this Wendy’s!!!!! They never have baked Potatoes, and for some reason they can only take one drive thru order at a time. Meaning when I pull to the intercom to order I have to wait to order Every single time I come here day or night. Then I get to the window and they park me because nothing is ready. I’m parked nexted to 4 cars we are all waiting for our food!! I’m not sure who the district manager is but you need to step in and oversee this location. The manager on duty told the cashier at drive thru don’t take anymore orders!! Today is 01/05/2026 time is 915pm this should tell you who all was on duty. I will not be returning!

Very good breakfasts sandwiches. One of the best fast food breakfasts. Potatoes are so good and seasoned perfectly. The sandwich is hot and cheesy! The workers could be a little more friendly but we all have our days.

We ordered through door dash which was the best part of the order. We asked for a burger with no onions and added bacon on one burger which arrived without bacon and had onions. The chicken sandwich was asked for it with asiago cheese and added bacon (3 pieces) which had one piece of bacon and no cheese. We paid for the additional cheese and bacon for both items yet one received 1 piece of bacon for $4.59.

It’s the same at this location as well! Have to pull away from the window even though I’m the only one in the drive thru, then for the worker to drop my food off missing some of the food I ordered! I’m mean is it the same people running both locations in New Iberia? This is just an embarrassment to the town which is saying something!

I do not know what is happening with the quality of the food with the Wendy’s franchise, but both locations in New Iberia, owned by different people, is really starting to taste like McDonald’s food.
I can’t eat it any longer.
I hope things turn around and get back to what it used to be.
All in all, the service is great and restaurants are clean.

Shid was bussin no cap frfr……update like a year later, No it’s not. I ordered 8 burgers and only got 6 cold burgers and they barely put any cheese on my Baconator fries. Update #2 I went again, still sucks. Made us pull up and wait while the 3 cars behind us got their food before us. Then when we got it, it was cold and just overall disappointing. Fries weren’t even salty Also, $46 for 3 meals and a sandwich. I should’ve just gone to Golden Wok.
