Employees do not follow directions. Asked me.three tomes what toppings I wanted on the #12, I said everything that comes with it. Bacon on both sandwiches is uncooked, and the eggs on the one were not heated. I specifically said everything BUT the bread heated up- twice.

The girl working at this locations tonight was extremely rude, hostile and prejudiced towards my wife and I. We are Muslims, and after our sandwich was toasted we asked the girl if she can change her gloves because she had touched pork products. She did change her gloves but she started mumbling, ranting and she was visibly upset at our request. We had never experienced this kind of treatment here and honestly this is very hurtful. She was rude and unprofessional and I hope subway takes this serious. I asked for a supervisor’s number to discuss this and we were told that we should leave our number and the supervisor would reach out to us. We are very upset at this kind of behavior.

Went to go in today (just a few minutes ago) and order a couple sandwiches and no one was at the counter. A couple workers were sitting in one of the booths. They acknowledged us there but neither got up to help. They seemed to be looking to see if someone would come from the back to help us but no one did. I won’t be going back to this Subway for a long time.

Honestly I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Pretty bad service. I’m pretty sure his name was Parker? One. I was trying to order online but it kept telling me the store was closed. As I was in the store. I was trying to redeem my coupon which could only be used online or in the app. Okay. Well he was very rude about it. Snippy if you would say. THEN this kid is walking around picking at his nose, wiping his face, then goes and blows his nose. Walks over to grab gloves to finish making my sandwich!! NO! I work in the food industry and that was so wrong. I asked him kindly to wash his hands. He threw down the gloves and washed his hands. Came back and was like what do you want on this sandwich. Very rudly. I didn’t appreciate this kid what so ever. Other kid that was working was really cool even scanned a coupon that was for exactly what I was trying to use. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR KIDS IN FOOD HANDLER/FOOD SAFTEY. Thanks

This store always has their lobby closed even when there are 2 or 3 people working. They have on 3 separate times given us the wrong ingredients and drink, one time giving us the completely wrong sandwich. Management here needs to rework and retrain the people working here or keep a closer eye on the store. Would not recommend this store and would drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different subway.

I made an online order. The people here were nice when I picked my sandwiches up, but my order was made wrong and one of the meats was missing. I contacted Subway about the issue and they never got back with me. I was very disappointed!

Saturday night we hit the drive through. Subway is one of our favorites. We had a teenager with us that was under the weather so we didn’t want to risk going inside because she was fevered and we’d spent several days together.

The girl at the drive through window today 6/13/21 had to ask for confirmation on our order quite a few times ( no biggy) but when we got our food we noticed that one sandwich was completely messed up all the wrong condiments we on it and then we went to look for our straws only got one straw. We tipped them and everything because it’s the polite thing to do, but we are for sure that the girl taking our order was stoned or something. I’m not one to get too upset about a messed up order but it’s like I pay good money and tip good money I expect my order to be correct. Management needs to just check in and make sure employees are trying their best to get orders correct.
