First and most importantly, the place is very clean.✅️
The music is mild, not too loud.✅️
Waiting service time was fast.✅️
Waitress was very kind and professional.✅️
Okay, let’s get to the point “THE FOOD”
Huevos rancheros, over medium eggs✅️. The main key for huevos rancheros is the “ranchera sauce” which it was delicious ✅️. Refry beans were good✅️. But I do prefer them more blend like a puree. It’s just my liking. The side fry potatoes are well seasoned.
Chilaquiles rojos, they come with 2 eggs, refry beans, queso fresco, and crema. I removed the queso fresco and crema. (My choice).
The chilaquiles red sauce was tasteful but not what I was looking for, I prefer more a guajillo chili sauce with a spicy kick.
Menudo,  “WAS DELICIOUS.”
The flavors are on point, perfectly seasoned, and the menudo was very clean. And the homemade corn tortillas was the perfect combination .
I highly recommend this place✅️

Sara’s kitchen, always past by this place till I decided to give it a whirl. Had lunch here with my wife and surprisingly food was outstanding. I had the Churrasco plate carne asada with rice, black beans, and cold vegetable salad. My wife hade the Fajita Ranchera which was very tasty. Hand made corn tortillas!! You can’t find that anymore it’s rare. Also not to expensive. $14 a plate. Very clean place. I recommend this place.

This is my first visit. The restaurant was clean and smelled like delicious homemade food. I ordered the Enchiladas Rojos and I wish I had taken a picture of my plate. It looked and tasted great! I was offered the enchilada sauce on the side because I mentioned my issue with spicy food. (I usually stick to the flauta plate for that reason.) They also accommodated us by changing the channel on one of the 4 TVs to a football game we were watching at our hotel. Overall, 5 stars for their lovely service and hot, yummy food. My stomach thanks you!

Say What?
I had a fajita guisada plate and it was delicious. I tried my wife’s enchiladas and i tasted fresh homemade corn tortillas and that made a big difference from other places. Everything was so good. Will be coming back for sure. Very nice people work here also. Service was very good.

A coworker and I decided to try this new place and here is my review.
First Impression walking in: Beautiful place, very clean, everything is new and has a very nice décor with a lot of attention to detail.
Waiting time: I placed an order to go, it took around 30 minutes to have the order ready. I consider this to be slow specially when no other customers were there before us. However, staff was very nice.
Food: Dissapointed on the birria tacos, they didn’t come with consomé which is part of the whole birria experience.
Pupusas were just ok, they were big in size but the chicharron pupusa basically was just cheese (barely any chicharron) and the bean was a little better because it actually had beans. The curtido could have used a spicy kick, perhaps some jalapeños in it. It has potential but needs improvement.
The green sauce was bad. The fresh salsa was a lot better.
I will let some time pass before I give them another try. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because its a new place (only 2 weeks open) and I walked in right at opening time (maybe they weren’t fully ready).
I hope this feedback helps. I want them to do good since we need better restaurants around this area and this place has the setup, just needs some improvement.
I wish them the best!

Nice clean modern decor.
Beautiful looking food (pics attached).
Simple menu, mostly Salvadoran with some common Mexican dishes.
Food was authentic, fresh, hot and very good.
The scratch made corn tortillas were on point.
We ordered a chicken fajita taco & birria taco (pic); the chicken was grilled perfect & the birria was full of flavor..
Also ordered a breakfast plate w over easy eggs, [Salvadoran] chorizo, fried potatoes & refried beans (pic); very enjoyable.
A beef fajita taco was ordered also but was devoured in quick fashion soo (no pic).
Not huge portions but very satisfying.
Its not your everyday taqueria breakfast taco type of place and doesnt want to be.
This is a very decent sit down restaurant, order a 3 course meal, enjoy your conversation and savor your food type of place.
We will return and order pupusas next time which are cooked to order like most places so there may be a little extra wait but not a deal breaker for us.
Next visit I would also like to order one of my favs, fried plantain usually served with Salvadoran beans or black beans along with Salvadoran type sour cream.
