Is it so hard to acknowledge a customer? Two people behind the counter and it looked as if they were working, possibly a call in or window order. BUT, not once did either one look up and say anything to us. When they were ready to help us they were both very melodramatic. They both acted like they hated their jobs.

Ordered a spicy Italian which is usually close to the price of a cold cut combo but the guy refused to give it to me for the $7.69 it should’ve been and charged me for an Italian bmt which is not what I asked for. He claimed it had changed and that there’s no more spicy Italian which would’ve been nice to know when I ordered. He also forgot to give me cheese so that’s cool too. Service was good besides that.

This Subway is so friendly! Joyce was so respectful, happy, relaxed and on top of it. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and asked more specific questions than I have ever been asked at subway. My food turned out wonderfully, she even had me taste the dressing just to make sure it’s what I wanted. I highly recommend going here if you want a great subway experience!
