My guy and I stopped in to get some sandwiches. The girl had long hair pulled in a ponytail, but no hair net to keep it from waving around the food.
The salami was brown because it was old.
When she was grabbing the fixings for our sandwiches she leaned over them so her sweater was in our sandwiches.
When I went to get ice for our drinks there was black stuff that came out with the ice. I asked if we can grab a bottled drink out the cooler instead & showed her the ice. She asked if I could dump the ice and do it again. When I did, an even bigger black something came out with the ice. Not sure if it was a chunk of plastic or a chunk of mold.
We’re never going back to this subway.

We ordered a veggie delight at 8:40 pm through grub hub. Order updates said it was being processed and the next that the order was delayed. I finally texted the driver just after 10pm only to find out the store was closed when he finally arrived at 10:10. I have no way off knowing where the process broke down, so from my perspective both the store and the driver are at fault. Now it’s almost 10:30 and I’m going out to get my kiddo something to eat. This is ridiculous, especially now that I see her veggie sandwich was $24+ . I like to support other local small businesses, but this one might be the exception.

The food was just fine to be consumed but I could tell that they needed more customers so that they could keep fresher ingredients for the sandwiches and there. That place is spotless and the people were nthe food like I’m saying was edible they wouldn’t bad but it was close to being questionable was. Bars what do you want people to say that didn’t look super fresh? You know I mean it slightly trying to go?. Don’t take that the wrong way not go there they need more business.

The WORST food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I had my entire receipt pulled up with all my food, drinks, and chips listed. The guy was so rude and didn’t believe I had ordered chips, even though it was clearly listed on my receipt that I PAID for them. Then he proceeds to tell me to get out, even though I was showing him the proof. I was nice the entire time and that man was AWFUL.

This is the closest Subway to us and we’ve rarely had a positive experience. The staff is usually very sloppy with their sandwiches. One time I ordered through the app and did a rotisserie style chicken wrap. They made it with the regular chicken, then got defensive when I asked about it when I picked it up. Made no effort to correct their mistake. Today’s trip resulted in them having to redo my wrap once. Should have been twice, but I really couldn’t wait any longer for them to do it right. The ending result is only edible with a fork. Overall, tired of sloppy work and zero customer service.

I stopped at this Subway at 7:50pm (door said they close at 8pm), the kid working REFUSED to take my order even though there was another man in there that he was making sandwiches for. I asked him why and he said because he was supposed to be allowed to close at eight and he needed to start cleaning up! So you turn down a paying customer 10 minutes before you close so you can leave at 8!!!??? This is terrible business!! The man that was in there getting his food ahead of me walked out right after me and shook his head and told me that the worker doing that to me was NOT ok and was upset with the situation as well. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our soccer team came in today about 14 kids with their families plus other players from other teams. The young lady was by herself and done a great job. She was patient and quick making sandwiches taking pick up orders and handling the oven!!!!!!!
