Having eaten here many times over the last decade plus things at subway pretty much remain the same. Staff, owner and managers all change. Labor is one of the hardest things to keep stable at places like this. Some days you will get nice and some days you will get rude. One can not always count on the same people regardless as to how long a person as gone to the same location. Generally you can count on the same foods.
Even a several years ago the toaster oven was broken. There seems to be a problem with these oven even in a number of other location I have come across broken ovens.
This location is inside of an existing gas station and either shares its soda with the station or the other way around. The bathroom is large and fair. The place seems pretty clean yet that is based on what you can see and there will be times when it may appear super clean or super dirty. This happens at every location.
Subway is what you expect and what you get. Prices have changed and its seems like they are going up and up.

All of these 1 star ratings make perfect sense. I visit this town and restaurant every few weeks for work and stopped in a few weeks ago for lunch. I was informed the toaster oven was not working, so that significantly changed what I had to order. The lettuce looked brown and awful, but I went with it anyway on my sandwich thinking it was just a batch that had been out all day. Three weeks later (today) I go back and the get the same response that the toaster oven is not working, only this time with an attitude before i even began my order. I asked if one of the specialty sandwiches needed to be toasted and was told there was no roast beef for it anyway. I ordered a different sandwich and the “artist” literally threw the ingredients on the bun. Again, the lettuce was brown and looked awful. The person taking the money seemed to be in charge and just watched the other associate do all the work. There was a very bad attitude from both of them and the service was nothing like any Subway I have been in before. Apparently “how can I help you” or “what would you like” has been replaced with “What do you want”. I saw in this visit exactly what I read in these other reviews, bad attitude, unprofessional and in three weeks you still have a broken toaster? Seems more like you just don’t like using it and its easier to say its broken. I have seen the frustration previously in them when you asked for something toasted. I am surprised Subway as a chain isn’t questioning this place, especially with all of the low ratings. This town seem to be full of really good, hard working folks, not sure why you need to have an attitude with your customers. Good luck, you’ve seen the last of my money.

Very satisfied with my sandwich and the customer service my boyfriend and i received. Was hesitant to come in bc my orders usually done with little care and just very sloppy, but the person working tonight was very nice, efficient and helpful. Probably the ONLY person i’d trust to make my sandwich! Didn’t get her name but if you’re the girl with the undercut, you deserve a raise

For the first time in quite awhile we had very poor service. We were told that we could not use one of the tables because they were closing at 2 p.m. ( we placed our order at 12:15 p.m.)
I can safely say we won’t be back for quite awhile. Our town is small but I’m sure there’s plenty of places that would appreciate our business and welcome us to sit down and enjoy our food!

It has been eight years since I previously ate at this location because of how bad it was. Well, I tried it again today and it’s worse than ever. She made the wrong sandwich, the toasting didn’t melt the cheese, the and the bread was like a giant crouton.

The shops in Akron and Wray are SOOO MUCH BETTER – I will go back to either one of them from now on.

Today is Tuesday June 30th 2020 and today I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend’s dinner over the phone. I ordered him a chicken bacon ranch toasted with pepper jack cheese a few green peppers and told them to put 5 jalapenos on the sandwich. When I went to throw the paper that the sandwich came in away I found out that he had picked off jalapenos and it was certainly more than just the five I ordered it was more than double the amount that I ordered for his sandwich and he can’t handle that many I thought I made it quite clear that it was only supposed to be 5 jalapenos and they weren’t busy so I really don’t understand how they can make such a mistake because I spoke very clearly. As the first manager for that Subway I am very disappointed and would expect better from my team. I really hope that they can step it up the next time that he has to get a sandwich and they can get it right.

I’m giving it one star, because I can’t put a zero. To start, I ordered a chopped salad and was overcharged. Not only did this happen but the salad was wilted. When I ordered my 6 inch sub they no longer had lettuce so they put a pound of olives on the thing. The atmosphere was terrible and freezing. Pretty sure I’m going to throw up. The communication and mathematical skills were obviously limited. I highly recommend never to go! It is an experience that no one else should have to endure. You are better off hitting an animal on the side of the road and eating it with the plastic forks they may or may not have.Don’t try to stop by the bathroom. You may find yourself entering the wizarding world of Harry Pooper. It would’ve been cheaper to buy a bottle of milk of magnesia than the $17.65 diarrhea subway extravaganza I left in the bathroom closet.

The store is busy yet a worker is talking to a cashier in the next store. The service is always slow. The veggie area is a complete disaster and 3 of the 4 employees have headphones on attached to their cell phones. It’s disappointing to see one of my favorite fast food places falling apart.

Ordered via the Subway App, cant get less pressure than that for the employees YET, they made 6 inch ones instead of the foot we paid for ON ALL 5 SUBS. Bread was wrong, asked for Italian and got plain. Asked for them to go light on the mayo and think they emptied the bottle one the sub. And dont get started on the chicken that is supposed to have sauce like the sweet onion, the sauce no longer coated onto the chicken, poured on down the middle now. Not even close to the photos, if u want a Subway your better off going to Akron location the Yuma one has gone down hill 99%!

This place has gone down hill in the last couple of years. Doesn’t seem like they do the online training at all and the poor girl tonight was alone and under trained. I feel for her but my sandwiches were not as expected.
