Why do you need to ask these kids running the store for the ingredients that are already supposed to come on the sub? I fear for Wellington’s education system if these highschoolers can’t even put a sandwich together right, but I’ve been to the other fast food places in town and can attest that their competition is pretty relax as well.

This location is staffed entirely by terrified, untrained, and unsupervised minors. Expect your sandwich to be wrong. It will be burned and require remaking, or otherwise incorrect in some glaringly obvious way. Some of them really try hard and others just don’t care. It is obvious there is terrible management at this location.

One guy starting the sandwiches was working hard, the other 2 were talking amongst each other instead of customers, I ordered a sandwich with a few meats the size of a club or a bit with bacon but was charged $20 for just my sandwich, my total bill was $30.14 for only two sandwiches

This location used to be great but in the last few years it’s drastically gone downhill for dinner or weekends. Bread is okay but they are usually out of something and it’s a 50/50 if they’ll have decent cookies or not. I’ve been disappointed mostly with the food for the last 4 visits. The staff are friendly so nothing against them at all. Just wish the quality was what it once was and that they would stop taking the good stuff away. For example sweet onion sauce, why would they take it away when it was so popular. Teriyaki sauce is a marinade and tastes disgusting mixed with the sweet onion as a sauce on the sandwich. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s not worth it!!

Staff has a bad attitude towards customers. Prices at this location are much higher than locations just a few miles down road. My sandwich was under portioned on the meat and staff argued with me over putting extra veggies on my sandwich. I would not recommend this location since they do not value their customers hard earned money. Also, a trend I’ve seen with Subway, is that when you order through the app, they under portion everything because you are not present to hold them accountable.

I did a call in order and had the staff read me back the order. When we picked up sandwiches and heading on our way the sandwiches were not even close. When we called in to see how they could make it right they were no help at all. Save your money go somewhere else. They don’t care about customer service at all.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating but I can’t. I go here about 4 times a week. They have lost their best employees. You can’t get an online order toasted. Everyday I order the same thing and every day it’s different. In general, I get cold nearly frozen chicken, you pay extra for toppings and they don’t put them on. Sometimes the sandwich isn’t cut in half. Probably the worst experience I have had at a subway and the only reason I go here anymore is it’s location. I can’t recommend going here.
