When I arrived there were only 3 customers in ahead of me. 36 minutes later, she waited on me. She put cheese on my sandwich and then split it down and then went to another customer and put cheese in her sandwich and slow it down and then went to the customer behind her not finishing my sandwich and slow it.. she then told me it’s gonna be a little bit. I’m gonna make other ones.. I did tell her I’m sorry I’m already late. It’s been 36 minutes in line.. The store was filthy and employee with a yellow vest went behind the counter handling things without washing his hands.. This is a health issue in the health department should be contacted. Just it was filthy inside. I will never go there again to buy anything. The wait time is way too long. People were waiting in line behind me and had to walk out I’m not sure what you’re running down there, but it isn’t quality. I didn’t feel I should have left a tip. Sorry that’s on her not me.

Ordered food from this establishment tuesday jan 6 at 11:30. They didnt toast my sandwhich so i proceed to call to let them know and the lady who answered tried to agree that she had toasted the sandwhich. I wouldn’t have called and complain in the 1st place that my sandwich wasn’t toasted. My cheese wasn’t even melted lol so your trying to argue with me that you toasted my sandwhich. This establishment is unprofessional and they mess up quiet often. If you don’t know how to interact with a customer professionally you dont need to be working in a restraunt. We called and let you know politely I deserved the same respect.

This is my go to location. The employees here are always so friendly and welcoming. Markse and Erica are two of my favorite people to see when we go in. They are always bright and cheerful. Another thing I appreciate about them is they are attentive to not just me but the food they make and it is always perfectly put together. Someone should give them both a raise!!!!

I love this store and frequent it 2-3 days per week. I enjoy the location, as I get to soak up the downtown as I walk from Town Hall or the YMCA. Aimee is a bright light and has my sandwich dialed in and pretty much memorized. Keep it up, Subway. Please consider carrying the veggie patty like most stores, it’s my favorite.

Ordered through door dash and Aimee gave me a call to see if I wouldn’t mind waiting a few minutes for fresh cookies! This normally never happens and we get random cookies if any other subway is out but she was super nice! Food was great as always. This Subway is my favorite and go to at least a few times a week 🙂

I always go to this subway! I came in today and aimee was here and she always puts a smile on my face! She helped me out and I was paying and wanted a cookie that was out and she gladly cooked more for me and asked if I wanted to wait! She is an awesome worker and I’m always happy to see her
