The atmosphere of this quaint chain is certainly dated but the service was excellent. We had a wonderful visit with old friends and the service was wonderful. However the bacon pizza I ordered didn’t seem fully cooked and wasn’t as good as I remembered from 20 years ago.

I’ll and my friends go here frequently. They have a great lunchtime buffet it’s a good place to bring young kids. Those a little older play on the machines those a little youngerAre free to wander around the restaurant when it is not busy. The food is always good. The attention given to the customers is excellent. I don’t always receive this kind of food or attention at other happy Joe’s. If you have choices, I suggest you give the Dewitt happy Joe’s a try. It’s located close to Highway 61 and is very accessible right off the main street. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Stopped off on our way home to get something to eat. Walked in & the one person we did see disappeared into the back. We sat down & after 5 minutes of no one coming to our table, I got up & asked if they were open. They replied yes, we will get to you when we’re ready. Nothing but extremely rude. Any other Happy Joe’s I’ve been to we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Had to give my review one star to post this, but I wouldn’t give them one star. Terrible way to run a business.

The employees were so friendly, nice and the service very good. 7/29 5ish pm. Also, we feel bad realizing we didnt have cash to tip hopefully your employees that were there are getting great job performance recognition from the store management and company. They made a great taco pizza for us.

Happy Joes used to have the best pizza. Now the pizzas are a lot skimpier. I get it, everything has gone up, but when a pizza is nearly $30.00, they shouldn’t be lacking for toppings. This outing was disappointing for us.
