We ventured to try something new which is a huge thing as we love our “go-tos” and Sushi Hibachi Bistro did not disappoint. Was concerning when there was only one table taken upon our arrival during the lunch hour, but while we were there many people came for carryout.
The sushi was DELICIOUS! We got chicken hibachi which I felt was better than the cook in front of you places. The veggies were so yummy and the soup was on point!
The location is kind of hidden but the atmosphere is great with the boat bar! Service was great! My cup was never empty!
You should try it!

Food was delicious. Prices very reasonable.. Better than Kanpai. Will definitely be coming here more often. Soup homemade with mushrooms. Ginger salad excellent with homemade ginger dressing. Steak and shrimp was out of this world. If I could I would give this place 10 stars!

This is the best sushi I’ve had in a long time! So fresh and beautiful (isn’t the sweetheart roll darling?) The seaweed salad was of really high quality which I feel like is a good barometer of ingredient sourcing being of a high caliber if care is taken even with simple dishes. They gave so many extra sauces which was awesome because I’m a saucy girly. I’ve never had boba tea before today but the Mango one rocked my world!! We got the miso soup, seaweed salad, sweet heart roll, Black Russian, alverser roll, and hibachi chicken and it was all so fresh, flavorful and delicious! So happy to have uncovered this gem!

I have a burning love for sushi and other Asian food and I have to say this place doesn’t disappoint. The sushi here is amazing even at take out and when I did dine in, it was absolutely wonderful. The hibachi is also top notch and the people are very friendly. I personally recommend the dinner hibachi or multiple rolls of sushi when eating here (dine-in dinner hibachi costs more than carryout but you get a lot more food and it’s presented beautifully).

Sushi and Sashimi is good. Decent appetizers, could do better with fried calamari and other apps. Good deal of half of on this particular Wednesday night in cold Sake and few Wines. Hopefully service improves over time. Plenty of apace for groups. More on the pricey side, so good for corporate meals.

We had three fantastic rolls for lunch. They do not overload the rolls with rice and everything was very fresh. I highly recommend this place.

This was one of the best experiences I had in a long time. This is a great family ran business, and in return they treated my family like family. We came in on a Sunday night 1 hour before closing and the service was on… It did not matter we were the only one in the restaurant. They gave amazing service. Everyone was very friendly and kind even explainingthe thing on our plate and how it was made. The food was outstanding. The things we order hot came out hot and the things we order cold came out cold. I can’t say enough about this place you should take the time and stop by to see my new extended family.

Grabbed takeout from here. While the rolls I ordered were very tasty (Yellowtail Scallion, Spicy Tuna, and Alaska) the portions were a lot smaller than I expected for the price. Other sushi places in the area give you larger rolls or more pieces.
I still recommend trying this place out if you’re nearby- the Alaska was my favorite!
