I said extra for extra meat on my sandwich. It was delivered without the extra meat. When I called to tell them, the “manager” told me there was nothing she could do and I’d have to contact door dash for a refund. After explaining to her that that solution wouldn’t work, the extra food was to feed 2 people, she hung up on me. When I called back, she picked the phone up and hung up again. I hope the owner sees this. I definitely wouldn’t want an employee like that working for me, or running my store/messing with my business and money.

5/26/25 @1730 Only one employee in the whole store, there was a line of 3 family’s tells the family in front its going to be a 15 min wait for Italian bread then when my husband and I get to the counter tells us we have to wait 10 min bc he needs to complete an online order, when everyone who has worked in a restaurant know in store customers come first. Would not recommend this location.

I’m honestly surprised at how many positive reviews are for this location. Or maybe I just had the worst luck crossing paths with this dopey looking worker at 5pm Jan 20th 2024. Not only was I not acknowledged while standing there in plain view, I was disregarded when I asked, “Are you gonna take my order” while he stood there prioritizing ONLINE orders before mine without even a greeting or a “I’ll be right with you”. Rude, intolerable behavior from this kid that I just walked out. 0 stars for incompetent customer service. Terrible

Customer service has really gone down hill at fast food places in general since the pandemic.
The manager here stays on top of situations that may arise. She was aware of what I was calling about and knew my name so I didn’t even need need introduce myself.. I almost did a double take when she listened and responded appropriately.
She turned a bad experience into a positive.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long while. Order accurate and server patient with me–put mayo on half of a footlong and gave me 2 packets to go–he remembered. Polite and made sure my coupon worked. I never tip at fast food but did this time. Will recommend
