This is my second time getting food here and the subs were worst then the first visit. We picked up our food around 6 in the evening. We ordered more meat and double meat on our steak subs. There was less meat in them then a regular steak sub. We basically had bread and few veggies on there. I feel like they jip you badly on the meat. I will never go back there and advise all my family and friends not to either. I hope they learn how to make sandwiches there or train whoever makes them the correct way.

So I went into this location and all the employees. But one nice, little freckled face girl who was new and did not even know how to use the Register was sitting at a table listening to loud music with their friends. And they’d spill teriyaki sauce on some lady. And they all were laughing at it as she come out of the bathroom cleaning it. And when she left, they were laughing about how wet she was after . This is the worst Subway Liz. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting this go for so long its been year like this your to lazy to run your biz with an adult at night and the whole town is talking trashing about your place by letting these kids work. There’s no adult supervision everybody’s under the age of 18 that works there in the evening time. I’ve been in here multiple times these kids ask me what my name was and when I told them they played a song making fun of me. Evan evan poop poop poop. On the speKer loud I’m thinking about taking legally action on this location for this stress and embarrassment of being made fun of by a bunch of little punk teenage kids from high school. For some reason I was craving Subway and I haven’t visited one in like 8 months so I stopped in as I was passing by. I was hoping the experience would have been better with the recent renovation, but the team was very unprofessional (on their phones on line, not changing gloves, cracking jokes across the lobby). I got home and the tail end of my foot long turkey on wheat had a hair on it, I threw that half away. Not a great experience, sorry.

Went to get a couple sandwiches at 7:30, was turned away and told she was closing. No sign on the door saying they were closing early. I feel like if the advertised closing time is 9, you should maybe stick to that.

Unfortunately it turns out that a bunch of disgruntled high school kids running a Subway isn’t good. Poor customer service and unclean store. Skip this Subway and get something else, do Subway at a different store.

I Usually don’t write reviews for anything and for sure wont write if i had a bad experience. But this time I was very much frustrated with the staff behavior, so thought to write a review. I have ordered 6 footlongs online. I have also left a note to add more veggies because every time order here they don’t add veggies as per order in the the subway app. We received sandwiches today also with no veggies at all. This time thought of asking them, so went back to the store to check why they made like that. The staff there says that they made the sandwiches as per order and they came back in less than a minute and says that they verified the food and also checked the camera footage and found they are made as ordered . What I don’t understand is why did the staff think that i went back to them wasting my time and money and ask for the same sandwich again if they has made the order correctly?. This is one the worst stores I visited ever and the staff are not friendly at all and talking very rude.

Not clean at all. The food area was very dirty. They had a giant banner blocking the meat area so you couldn’t see what you were getting. I tried to look but the little area I saw was not great. Really what kind of food service!!! Very sketchy on the vegetables also. Manager? What manager. Yukkk
