They really charged my 11.99 for a sandwich when I tried to use a paper coupon I got from the mail. They claimed it was already redeemed, how can it already be redeemed when I just got it from the mail box & it didn’t expire until 8/27/23. It’s 8/20/23 a full week away from expiration. The just kept telling me I can’t use it because of they & didn’t try to explain how that can be or even make it worth my time. Terrible customer service & will never be back. Be aware because coupons randomly expire for this location. This has never happened before at any location ever

This is the best Subway in the area! Great food that actually looks like the ads and a great staff that actually knows what they are doing to boot. Jay was amazing and she was able to handle my rather large order and those before me rather quickly and with care whilst also walking me through my options despite being the only one working. Reminded me of what Subways should be. There’s a location right down the road from where we live, but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go get proper sandwiches from this specific location any day over our local store. Well done!

NO REFUNDS? Ordered online pick-up 2 footlongs only to arrive and store had closed early at 6:30PM with note on the door. Assumed they’d catch this error next morning to cancel it and refund me, heard nothing. Called next afternoon and woman says she cannot refund me, to call back next day for a woman manager. Came by a few days later when in the area (I live across town) and guy on shift calls the owner (Wade, a woman) who has the employee tell me she won’t refund me my $18…I can get new sandwiches or that’s it. Didn’t need more sandwiches, already ate dinner…just needed my $18 refund for food I never received. Guy was even willing to pay me out of his own wallet, no way. Submitted complaint form to Subway corporate and disputed the charge to my bank. Shame on the owner for how she runs her shop based upon all the recent Google reviews.

I placed on order in the app. It debited my account, confirmed my order for pick up at a specific time (8pm) way before closing hours listed on the app and online (9pm). When I got to the restaurant it was closed. When I went in today inquiring about the order and how to get a refund or an explanation. The employee was extremely rude. Didn’t want to assist at all. I would have been fine with just a “we’re sorry” but that was some of the worst customer service ever. Blamed me for ordering after they’ve closed. This is odd especially since it says on the door and online they are open till at least 9. They got more irate when I tried to show them the listed hours online, the app and even the dumb door in front. Again I would have been fine with a sorry, scheduling issues, power issues. They said they closed way before I ordered and it’s my fault for ordering after that even though it’s says they’re open tile way past that online, the app and the dumb door in front. Now I want my refund.

The standards of this location has reduced a lot compared to couple of years ago.. there were 3 employees and 0 customers, and every table except one was filthy. This location is costlier, and now they also mandate that you add a tip for your purchase..
