I have been coming to the Monument Subway for 10 years. Lately it has gotten worse and worse until today I feel the need to write a review in hopes management will help do something. The place was discussing. I almost didn’t want to order there. The floor was absolutely filthy. All the booths were dirty, there was a spill left on the floor, the bathrooms were unkept and had overflowing trash. The chips and drinks were not stocked and noone even greeted or acknowledged us. After waiting FOR EV ER for service we were told we would be waiting longer because an online order was ahead of us. Another customer that was waiting behind us finally walked out because they couldn’t wait any longer. One person working is not working! There were only two customers in at the time I was there. Slow, slow, slow and dirty, dirty, dirty. This was ridiculous! Management needs to step in and help clean it up, train employees, and maybe help out or hire!! Next time I’m going to Jimmy John’s!

They’re laying off employees left and right because they can’t afford to transfer or run their stores, their managers require certain standards for food and limit what employees can give you without excessive upcharge or loss of employment. The same company owns all of them from ft Collins to New Mexico.

I ordered a Chipotle Southwest Steak & Cheese online. I changed the tortilla type and left everything else unchanged. What I expected was all the toppings described in the menu. What I got was meat in a tortilla.

I don’t understand how orders submitted via the app can be so wrong. Even when ordering in person, the workers would spread the toppings unevenly and the sandwiches are not cut properly. The produce is not fresh. We decided to try again last week, and our orders were completely wrong, again, to the point where neither of us could actually eat the sandwiches we bought. I contacted Subway for a refund, and never got a response.

It was a little disappointing. Today I had a foot long steak and cheese. The flavor of the meat was great, however, the girl massacred the bun when she cut it then flattened it trying to put it back together.. They had no American sliced cheese.. When she dressed and cut it she left a good chunk of beef on the paper. I won’t go back when I see them working

My mother and I came into this location today to pick up sandwiches for our whole family. Jamie was currently working on another customers order, but instantly welcomed us into the shop. He built us 4 beautiful sandwiches and really took his time building each one. As he was working on our subs 3 more customers walked in. At no point did Jamie seem stressed or frustrated. He continued to greet each person and apologized about the wait. I am the manager of a luxury jewelry store and this is the type of customer service I would love to have in my store. Jamie really was phenomenal.
