This Subway location is outstanding in every way, and deserves real recognition for the way it’s run. From the moment of walking in, everything feels clean, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The food here is consistently fresh, well-prepared, and generously portioned. The bread tastes like it just came out of the oven, the vegetables are crisp and fresh, and the meats and cheeses are always well-stocked. Staff is friendly and efficient. Management at this Subway clearly sets a high standard and supports the staff in meeting it. The restaurant is consistently clean, well-supplied, and smoothly run, even during peak hours. The manager, Mike, checks on customers, stepping in to help on the line when needed, and making sure everything is up to par. It’s obvious he take pride in this location, and it shows in the quality of the food and the friendliness of the entire team.

I’ve been in this state for a little over forty eight hours , and if everyone here are like these two workers of this subway location , then I know i’m going to enjoy it. Mike was an exceptional manager, he made the atmosphere so fun and welcoming. I’m so happy to go back there and Nathan made my sandwich. My exact qualifications. It was the best thing I’ve ever had hot and cold. I love it so much. And I just wanna say that they really know Subway.

The manager and workers here deserve a raise. I come here almost everyday and the sandwiches are great. The kitchen area looks well maintained and clean.
My only caveat is directed towards the owner. The soda machine could use a little deep cleaning work. I would advise purchasing bottled drinks if any.

All I wanted was to enjoy my lunch my way. Thought I could achieve that at subway where you can make and customize your sandwich how you like. Instead I got mocked and ridiculed for how I was making my sandwich from the two employees working at the time. I suggest going to Firehouse subs or Jersey Mikes for your subs here on out. Not only is Subway expensive but you feel defeated before you even get your meal.

One of the better Subway locations. Easy parking. Rarely a wait to order. Well-run–fresh ingredients, friendly and efficient staff. Manager always seems to be there if needed. Highly recommended if you like Subway sandwiches.

I’ve been coming here for years. The current guy working there doesn’t give a damn about anything, and he builds his sandwiches to get you out of there. I ordered two sandwiches that compared to advertised sandwiches look like a weak, melted sludge of half-baked bread only. You’d can literally count the veggie ingredients—four slices of pasty tomatoes and about 7 pickles. If I walk in and he’s there, I’m walking back out. Subways should have spunky employees working there who are happy to have a summer gig and learning the ropes about customer service. Not someone who hates life and is taking it out on you. Absolutely unfair and not worth my money. My attached image is of what’s advertised and what I got (two of).

Tim was very pleasant and caring. He was a little behind since he was alone but handled it very professionally. Tim made it a point to make customers feel acknowledged and kindly asked for patients because of him being the only person working at that time. I personally would recommend this place. However, it seems like management needs to work on scheduling more people on the “weekends” at this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a meatball sub- the meat was burned, hard as rocks and veggies were frozen. This used to be my regular subway but not anymore. I would recommend the location by E Dry Creek Rd instead- all ingredients were fresh!!!

It was clear that Graycen took pride in their work, and their professionalism added to the positive experience.
When it comes to cleanliness, the attention to detail didn’t stop at the dining area. I checked out the restroom, which often tells a lot about a place, and I was not disappointed. The bathroom was spotless, with clean sinks, dry counters, and a fresh smell. The mirror was crystal clear, soap and paper towel dispensers were full, and the trash bin was neatly maintained. It was one of the cleanest fast-food restrooms I’ve encountered, showing that the staff goes the extra mile to maintain the entire space.
My sandwich—a classic Italian B.M.T. on Italian Herb and Cheese—was prepared perfectly, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of toppings. The quality of the food combined with the outstanding service from Graycen made my visit truly enjoyable.
