Don’t eat here! Ordered online. Paid for double meat- didn’t get. Sub was put together in a haphazard manner. Wasn’t toasted. The meat, however, was warm which is concerning because I watched the young man make the sandwich. The fountain drink machine has clearly not been cleaned in some time. The drinks were disgusting. The store not clean. Would appreciate a full refund.

I must compliment the manager that hires the young men that work the night shift at this subway. A few months ago, I came in with my young son, we were headed camping and atv-ing, we stopped at this castle pines subway on our way to Rampart. My son was super excited, giving me hugs, lots of smiles. The young man working the counter, I believe his name is Trevor, he gave me the coolest compliment ever – he told me I’m the richest man on earth because of the relationship I have with my son. What a cool thing to say. The next time I was in, I talked to Trevor again, he told me about his other job working at a tire shop – this kid is what it’s all about, he has an amazing work ethic, probably works 14 hour days between the two jobs, and knows how to make customers feel amazing even at the end of a long day.

Fast forward to tonight – another young man was working. I wish I caught his name, but he too was impressive. He told me about an interaction with another customer earlier, the customer lost his wallet in the store. This young man found it, called the guy – and apparently rather than simply thanking the young man for finding the wallet, apparently he implied that some of his cash was missing. Not all of it, and none of his credit cards were gone, but he kinda had the kid flustered, as if he thought the kid took the money. Who finds a wallet, and only takes part of the cash, leaves all of the credit cards, then calls the person who lost it? Nobody – any real thief would have taken all the cash and credit cards and thrown the wallet in the trash. No way this young man did anything other than the right thing.

Management at this Subway deserves high praise for the people they’ve hired. They truly are making a great impression and making your business stand out as excellent.

Maybe if u could shut up and not be talking about some stupid 24 minute song you’d make orders right and not be toasting subs that were supposed to be cold. Your job is legit the easiest on the planet. First time here and last time . Ridiculous

The remodel looks really good and I love the Christian music playing but you need to train your people better.

My sandwich is a shambles it was not even cut in half. It was barely wrapped properly I had to actually stop at a table on my way out and rewrap my sandwich so it didn’t fall out of the three pieces it was wrapped in.

I tipped the kid just to be nice. Everybody has to make some kind of living wage in this poorly expensive State we live in now.

It’s really important to make a good looking sandwich because your customers like myself won’t come back.

Absolutely no food handling training here.

Watched an employee cut a sandwich that had mayo on it, then without changing or cleaning the knife, went and cut my sandwich.

Having severe allergies to mayonnaise I asked to remake my sandwich. The employee proceeded to tell me he could just cut the ends off my sandwich (that I’m paying full price for) and it would be fine.

What an idiot. Nobody knows what they are doing at this Subway. Stay away from this location.

I’m grossed out! Long hair not pulled back, wiped his nose with his forearm, handled money and made food without changing gloves. I know staffing is hard but please train your staff with the basic non-negotiables in food handling. I tossed the sandwich outside after totally losing my appetite.

Ordered online only to get to the store and they are out of meatballs. Employee was unable to cancel my order and refused to refund my money. He said his boss doesn’t like giving refunds. I paid for a product, if you can’t provide said product you issue a refund.

Store is understaffed and dirty. Take some pride in your business.

I love Subway. This location is especially clean and we’ll organized, however, so it especially impressed me.

Was there today with my Son after we went to the library. The red haired boy is absolutely disrespectful and beyond rude. Grabbed the 2 pieces of wax paper. Put it on the board and then proceeded to glare at my son. So I then told my Son to tell him the bread he wanted. He snapped back at him and said: I Cant Hear you.. then I stepped in and repeated my Son. Redhead did say, I am hard of hearing… ok then I continue to say our orders. Obnoxious and acting completely annoyed with anything I said.. we asked for onions. He replied bluntly “we don’t have any”. He was terrible from start to finish… as in when he rang it up and then just walked away to the people behind us, in which he said, again bluntly “BREAD”. Wow! To add to this treatment, the lettuce was yellowing, the board was extremely dirty, the bottles holding the condiments were discolored and looked extremely dirty. The mayonnaise ran out on my son’s sandwich and then I had none. He didn’t offer to get more from the back. This place is disgusting and the employee, the redhead matches it very well. I’m going to call the management of this particular establishment (I know they are all personally owned) and request my money back. If not I will dispute it with my back. If I wasn’t there I couldn’t imagine how he would have treated my son!
