This is not the first time that I have dealt with the older chunky lady at this subway. She is very unpleasant. Makes you feel like you are interrupting her day. Very rude. Has a stink face. Horrible customer service. If she is dressing your sandwich and you ask for a little more of something she gets rude.

Wanted a late evening sandwich on 6/25. Looked online, website said open until 10 pm. Arrived at 930 pm, store closed and sign on door said revised hours until 10 pm on Sunday. Guess they meant some other time zone. And business wonder why they have trouble. First rule of business, be there when you say you’ll be there……

This Subway is the worst. I always swear that I’ll never go back because of how much of a bummer the experience and food is. Nobody likes throwing money away. But sometimes you just really crave a sandwich, so every few months I try to give them another shot in hopes that things have gotten better. They are always out of ingredients. The bread is usually burnt and hard. The employees usually seem miserable, which who can blame them when you have to tell people you’re out of basic sandwich makings all day. I have always been a fan of Subway, but it’s ridiculous how much of a struggle this location is. I’ve tried writing in and get some generic “we will let the staff know about your concerns” message back. Whoever manages this place needs to get on top of their ordering, quality control, and supporting employees so that they have a chance at enjoying their job.

When I walk into an empty lobby and 3 workers acknowledge that I walk in and still choose to ignore me it’s rather frustrating. One employee turned her back to me and continued her conversation (non work related) with her co-worker. I’m glad Subway can justify just ignoring customers that want to spend their hard earned money with a completely empty lobby. Business must be booming. Sorry you wont ever earn my business like that.

The fellow working tonight was amazing. Really took pride in his work. Hubby had the Philly and said it was probably the best sandwich he’s ever had at subway. I had the champ and it was good too.

I ordered two footlong subs last week and picked them up on my way through town. When I got home (25min away) I realized that the subs were not what I ordered and my husband thought his was so gross he threw it away. When I contacted subway for a refund the field consultant just said, “sorry, I’ve shared your feedback with the restaurant to keep this from happening.” No refund offered for food I didn’t order. Stay away from this place or check your order before you leave.

I asked for sweet onion they slathered it with, sweet onion teriyaki. Not even close to Sweet Onion. You can’t even taste the sweet onion you can only taste teriyaki. The least they could have done is let me know the change.

Very disappointed, this location was closed 2 HOURS before their posted closing time. The only explanation was a sheet of paper with a message in sharpie stating “we’re closed for the night”. It’s a good thing I didn’t make an online order. Management needs to do a better job.
