I would like to start off with very rarely do I give a business a very low review. However , today I ordered 9 twelve inch sandwiches on the app at around noon for a 2:40pm pick up. I’m ordering the sandwiches for a basketball team taking them on the bus. I put in the notes for each half to be wrapped separately. I then called after placing the order to confirm this was able to be done and ask about togo mayo, mustard extra and they said yes. When I arrived to puck up the sandwiches the where finishing the last one. After the wrapped as a 12″ I said “oh I asked that they be wrapped individually” and the lady said “this is how we did all the rest, we can’t wrap a 12″ on 2 papers because these are inventoried and then my inventory would be off” as she cut the wrapped sandwich in half exposing the inside of the sandwich, she then put it in a catering box with the rest. I said, but I need them as individual 6 inch halves to give out, and she said, oh, they are as she handed me the 2 boxes of sandwiches.
I left, frustrated. I called to see if this was an owner problem or an employee problem to try to get it fixed as I open order food for sports teams. When I called I explained my frustrations and was told there’s nothing she can do about it. That’s the owner’s choice. I then asked for the owner’s email so that I could let them know how this negatively affects their customers and she told me I would have to look it up and then continued to tell me if I had told her I wanted it differently, she would have done it differently, given me bags or something to put the sandwiches in. I said, ma’am, I did let you know that I asked for it differently.I put it in the notes and I called and let you know, I also expressed it again when I saw it wasn’t being done how I had asked and you told me there was no other way to do it.
So asking you a fourth time seemed pointless. Then she starts telling me that I should have just ordered 6″ sandwiches if that’s what I wanted and that I could come back to get bags…….and hung up on me.
I spent over $100 and tipped $10 in the app. It is poor customer service to not honor what you said you would do.

The older lady that works behind the counter is extremely rude. She rolls her eyes if you ask for more than three sandwiches. She has barked at me numerous times and I was refused service once when I asked for seven sandwiches. With all these bad reviews about this person, you would think the owner of the store would do something about it. She shouted at me across the counter saying that I couldn’t pay yet, when the nice gentleman behind the counter had already rung me up, won’t be using this store ever again.

Very disappointed ordered 2 sandwiches both were a joke! 2 pieces of roast beef on 1 half the other half had 3 pieces! I always tip at least 15% of my order. I’m sure this Subway will be closing just like the 1 inside Walmart did! It’s really sad that you can’t order online and trust that your food will be correct or worth eating!! I also tried calling numerous times and no one answered the phone.

The girl working tonight was so sweet, and made some really great sandwiches. This Subway location was much cleaner than others near by and I am pregnant so that’s super important because I felt totally safe ordering myself a sandwich! She was very friendly, and happy to make our sandwiches 30 minutes before closing! Thank you!!

I have been to this location multiple times and whenever the assistant manager, Mary I think? , she makes a fuss about adding extra veggies. I have never experienced this at other subways, but she always insists that she’s not allowed to add more than 6 black olives or 2 slices of tomatoes. My son literally went to Safeway to buy more black olives for our sandwiches. When I called to get a number for her supervisor she told me there’s no one above her. Finally she said there’s a DM but she can’t give any of their information out. After concluding she wasn’t going to let me speak to anyone else I started expressing my issue and she hung up on me when I asked her to please stop interrupting me.

The manager at this location, is very argumentative and tells you how to make your sandwich! She blames it on company policy. If she is the only one working, or the one making sandwiches, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You think the owner would take notice of the reviews…

Really living up to the term “Scrubway”. The store was empty and a lady rush out to help us. She took my sons order and my boyfriends order and when I say it was a rushed experience that is an understatement. She proceeded to try and close us out at the two sandwiches I told her still needed to order another sandwich. As she made my sandwich it barely had any toppings in it. Nothing compared to what my boyfriend and son got. Well fast forward to use sitting down to eat I opened my sandwich and found a hair just freshly wrapped hair with my sandwich. My boyfriend offered to go get it remade. I brushed it off. 3 more bites in and a pull another hair out of the sandwich. I am super grossed out.
I’m sure GM is loving all the feedback recently. Do better.

Food is pretty good most of the time. The older woman who I see most often working there is always grumpy and not friendly at all. She’s not outwardly rude, but not polite or friendly in the slightest. Bad attitude as well. Unfortunately, she ruins this location for me.

This location has really improved!! I haven’t come in here in forever, because the service was awful and everything was always out or broken. But now the service was amazing, the place was nice and clean, the drink machine actually worked. Would definitely recommend trying again!!
