07/08/23 just left this location in Montwood in the target shopping center. We bought 3 foot long for $31+ and this location is this bad on service and food until today the guy that was there today was rude and the veggies were all old spinach, pickles etc., were slimy!!! Veggies weren’t fresh!!! Plus not enough meet or tuna in sandwich!! So one guy looked like he was in training and the other man with a full black beard dirty looking fat man was very rude!!!

I order online today and none of my order was right my 2 orders were mixed did not eat it so dissatisfied I chose curbside and they never came out I had to go inside to pick up my order, the store was not even busy only like 3 people and already eating…

My daughter loves subway but this one let me down the sandwich was very small for the kids and my daughter noticed it right away the bread was also burnt seemed like they just gave her the worst part or left over bread to make her sandwich won’t be coming to this subway anymore .

We came in tired and were welcomed to a friendly and clean atmosphere. The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches was polite, friendly, very patient and helpful. He prepared our sandwiches with care, wrapped them for us really well-there were no leaks. It was so nice and refreshing to see customer service, a smiling person who took the time to treat us with respect. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

I’ve been coming to this subway since my family and I moved to the area about a year ago, the manager here is always super lovely, my boys love subway so I always have a heavy order and they have always been so patient and nice with me ! The food is great My kiddo is a picky eater but never denies his subway sandy 🙂 thank you guys for always being so patient with me !

By: The wife! This location is the location that I started to come to because of customer service…. well tonight I am going to have to find another location because it was not what am I used to. First i felt rushed its 9PM most of there items were put away and i felt like the 5 sandwiches I ordered was an inconvenience to them. I understand being young and being a Friday night to probably rush out as soon as 10PM hits. We wanted 2 meatball sandwiches and there was only enough for one so having two kids decide who was taking the last one, the girl kept asking over and over so do you want the one. Mind you no other customers were there… after the 3rd time I did say we are trying to decide the other. Then they tried to send me with a food long dried bread that was breaking I asked Marc can you switch it, it’s all broken up and you haven’t even started making it. I have gone to places where the food is not so tasty but the customer service was excellent. This is the reason I started to go over there because the one by my house was bad overall!!!

Love Subway…can’t stand this location, but I deal with it…. Until today! Walk in and order an Italian herb and cheese and the woman with the pink hair and tattooed eyebrows kept thinking I was saying grilled cheeses. After I ordered my type of sandwich she asked what condiments I would like. I tell her light lettuce and she squeezes a ton of mayo. I told her I said light lettuce… She then says, you don’t want mayo? I said no… Made another sandwich and got that one out of the way…I order another type of sandwich. When I begin to pay I ask if they have anymore cookies. She said no. This is 2:30pm by the way! So I get my food and TRY and get my drinks. They didn’t have any Tea made so I go for Cherry Coke… Didn’t have that either… Already annoyed I ask for my money back because I don’t want what they have left for drink options. The girl points to the manager. So I ask her for my money back and she asks why. I said you don’t have what I want to drink. She looks inside the tea machine; like I was lying that it was empty and goes to make more…. Just don’t know why the other lazy woman couldn’t just say just a second while I make more. So I get my drinks and I have to go back to the staff for lids for my cups. And to top it off…a family of four walked out in they middle of their food preparation and said “your dirty and I’m leaving” they did not see my ordeal so that didn’t have any influence on her decision to leave. And never an I’m sorry or a smile or any type of customer service. Very dissatisfied
