GM clearly never had customer service training and doesn’t even know what condiments are since he asked me , slapped some onion rings on a cheeseburger and called it a rodeo burger which it’s not , my only guess is his personal life isn’t for feeling enough that he must take it out on customers, manager in there tho some so sweet love her the male GM needs to be demoted and retrained because saying things in a rude manner doesn’t make it right having a GM talking to customers like they are children isn’t right and afterwards he sat on his phone playing games and when shown a picture of what the burger is meant to be on Burger King’s site and being told I’m still wrong it’s wild .The picture below is what I was supposed to have but not what I got . I WONT BE BACK

If I could give half a star I would! Worst service ever. The lady handling the window was impatient and rude. I wanted my drink with no ice, I honestly forgot to say no ice, I was given an attitude. After the attitude and I get home my order was wrong. I asked for a double whopper meal, no pickles. I got a single whopper meal with pickles. Yeah, this customer is not returning there.

My wife and I bought two meals last nite 12/5/25.we paid over $ 16 dollars for two meals with coupons. My Whoper meal and her fried chicken sandwich meal hardly had any toppings on them and the taste didn’t have the charbroiled tast to it. The whopper with everything on it was about 11/2 inches thick and her chicken sandwich was just a sliver of fried chicken. We will never eat at Burger King again. The food they gave us was Pig Slop.

Don’t even bother going through the drive thru. The laziest people ever run the drive thru. You’ll be waiting for over 10 minutes for anyone to actually come and do their job. Every single time I have came here I’ve waited an ungodly amount of time at the drive thru. You can tell there’s no management here and if there is they are also lazy as hell. I waited for 15 minutes and zero service. I left and took my business to Bojangles right beside that place. Absolutely ridiculous.

Whoever was on their window around 1:15 clearly never had customer service experience. She was extremely rude, made us feel like a burden. The meal was packaged wrong and when I went inside she all but yelled “what happened” the lady who was only fries was extremely sweet kept me updated when she was making the fries etc. Extremely upset as I usually have a better experience at this location.
Also once I got home (8 mins from the store) my nuggets were hard and cold as if they’ve been sitting out all day. Once again extremely disappointed especially with how the girl acted when the Dr Pepper was our instead of saying “I’m so sorry we’re out of Dr Pepper” she shoved the cup in my fiancé‘s face and said in a very rude tone “what you want” not “what do you want” only the “what you want” as if it was our fault
Edit: 1/22/26 came back to give them another chance and will not be returning. Came at 1:30 drive thru was extremely long and inside was locked. Honestly this location should just be shut down at this point since they can’t seem to get it together…

This place is the bottom of all burger kings. If I was corporate I would shut this place down. 25 minutes so far in the drive thru lane. Mind you I’m second in line. I suppose I’m the fool for continually giving this place chance after chance. A total of 32 minutes for “fast food” and order wrong.

Quite disappointed, I got my food. My daughter’s missing her happy meal fries and her toy. And i’m missing all the sauces I requested and paid for. Because I don’t have a car, I can’t go back to burger king and I can’t leave my kids here by themselves to walk it. So i’m just gonna have to report it to the main corporation also my drink tasted like carbonation not what I ordered very unhappy. I have worked for worse burger king and managed to make it one of the best so I dont see how yall cant just fix a simple order. How am I suppose to eat cheese without the marinara. Who does that?

This is got to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to In My Life every time I come to it they mess my order up they have never got my order right one time I’ve been there they ran out of mayonnaise and lettuce. Then the manager tried to argue me down and tell me what I wanted on my sandwich and she was going to give it to me the way that she wanted it to give it to me please just go ahead and shut it down

03/07/26,,,, this Burger King has NOTHING for breakfast. Has to thaw out….out of biscuits and croissants. Why can’t they keep supplies. They already closed down a couple times since it opened.
