I ordered food on May 4th 2022. There were 3 males working and let me tell you from the moment I walked in I felt like I wasn’t even wanted there! So I tried to be as easy as possible to order not even correcting a couple mistakes they made during my order. Not one employee looked happy to be there. I got my order to go for obvious reasons. Once I got home and started eating the food a very aggressive taste of chemicals was noticed by my whole family I’m every sandwich! Like I mean our sandwiches tasted like someone was possibly cleaning the Bain(where the veggies and meats are stored) and sprayed chemicals in all of the food(accidentally possibly). So I called the store to let them know how the sandwiches tasted and was put on hold and while on hold one of the guys joked “hey they are asking for a manager…should I pretend I’m the manager”. So obviously I addressed that while on the phone and asked the guy if he was the manager and his reply was “I’m the shift leader”. I was advised to call in the morning as a manger is always present in the mornings. Called back on May 5th to be told to call back tomorrow as there is no manager on site currently. During both calls neither employees felt an empathy and actually came off like they could care less. I will not ever step into this location ever again and I will share my experience with anyone I know supporting this location. Completely horrible experience all the way around

Worst subway entire city..I eat at subway at least 3 times a week..all over El Paso..an this one is bad…bread was dry ingredients tasted bad…I had better sandwiche in jail….this must be the subway that corporate or franchise dont care about ..they have bad reviews..

My favorite location. Went tonight and placed a decent sized order. 5 sandwiches. Staff was super friendly! They made sure that our sandwiches were made to perfection! We just HAD to leave a tip and a review! TIP YOUR SANDWHICH ARTISTS!!!

I went here the other day to go and eat. Everything was going well until I saw that my 6” ham sandwich meal came to $12.01. Usually the meal comes out to $8.32 and so I was in shock. The sandwiches are the same price but the meal has gotten more expensive at this location. They charge you the sandwich + $4.20 extra for the meal. Just the heads up for those who are looking to eat here. BTW this is the only subway that has the $4.20 extra. The other ones still charge 2.50 extra depending on the size of drink you get but it’s way cheaper than $4.20.

I love coming to this location. I used to live nearby and I would come here more often but since I moved I only come here every other month or so. Either way hands down for me this is the best location. They usually always have my favorite green tea drink and for the most part always get my orders correct. When I went there about 2 weeks ago there’s this one guy that has very amazing customer service. He’s so awesome to talk to and made us feel great. Wish I knew his name.

First time here, they made the food okay. When you first walk in the employees seem disappointed that someone has come in to order food. They barely greet you above a whisper. The quality of the ingredients was mediocre. The three employees don’t seem like they want to be there at all, like they dislike their job. There was a fly in there, that I saw land on a few items and all they did was wave at it with their hands.

I placed my order online 7/6 @ 840 PM to be ready at 9 pm and they didnt start making it til I got there despite the manager calling my phone several times to confirm my order. If I’ve already paid online, dont you think I want my order and I’m gonna show up? I ordered the Turkey italiano and all I got was a messy horribly made Turkey sandwich. The salami and pepperoni were non existent and the veggtables were just as scarce. I wish I could give 0 stars. Never ever will I go back to this subway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY & GO TO THE ONE ON LEE TREVINO AND MONTWOOD

Worst Subway experience ever!! We stopped in here during a road trip to get lunch (4/26/22 @ 5:15 PM). There were 4 young men working there. They did not acknowledge our standing there. No hello, no nothing. They were making sandwiches and never looked up. After a few minutes we asked one of them how long it would be. The guy still didn’t make eye contact and just mumbled “we’re really busy.” We left. These fellows should NOT be working in the service industry if they don’t give a hoot about customers.
