Ernesto is the hardest working, most positive employee I’ve come across. When I arrived there was a long line ahead of me and Ernesto still managed to get my online order completed while maintaining amazing customer service. He made time to greet every customer that walked in, despite being extremely busy. It’s obvious that Ernesto cares about his job and has great work ethic.

Usually good food and good service but todays was NOT the vibe. The older lady was not trained properly or something because she gave us a salt and pepper sandwich. She just would NOT stop shaking the shakers on the sandwich. And then complained about her job title being ‘Sandwich Artist’ && took longer to cut the sandwich in half than it did for her to make it.

My partner requested a 6 inch for the size of her bread and the person working the counter proceeded to respond “Can’t take more than six inches?”. Very highly inappropriate and down right gross, we would have cancelled the order but he had already started making our food. Please make sure your employees respect women.

Don’t come here until they get their machines are fixed. They did have a note on the door saying the toaster wasn’t working, I wrongfully assumed they had at least a microwave to at least heat the meat. They didn’t. I ordered a rotisserie chicken with bacon and when I saw they couldn’t even heat the chicken or bacon. I asked to change my order. The lady told me there was no way to take the meat off because I had ordered shredded cheese, and they couldn’t separate it out. So they made me pay for a foot long sandwich that was nasty. When I said I didn’t think that was right, she response was “You should have read the signs.” Normally, I would have just left, but i was with other people. There is way too much sandwich competition to be so rude. This cured me of wanting to go to Subway anymore.

I ordered two chicken bacon ranches and a sweet teriyaki. The worker tells me we’re out of lettuce and tomatoes as soon as I walked up to the counter. I greeted him and I didn’t even get the same courtesy. The chicken was horrible it was like potted meat in your mouth. The sweet teriyaki was just as disappointing. It was a waste of money. I should’ve went to McAlister’s for what I paid there smh. Oh and the worker couldn’t stop complaining about how horrible that place was to work at lmao On another note, with firehouse subs and all these other sandwich food chains they need to pack up subway and close shop. Permanently!

worst customer service ever! being that the store is completely empty, i’d thought we’d be out in a few. but after waiting 10 mins of nothing. i see the person in the back, but never acknowledged us, even after hearing the door open. i understand being the only one on the job, but say something. like easily anybody could’ve stolen product. so we went to the westgate plaza subway and was acknowledged right away with the only ONE worker in that subway. in and out and in less time than what we waited at the first subway.
