Stopped here before heading to Lubbock. The lady who served us was super nice. Great customer service, only thing that bothered me is that she helped the man before me, handling cash… while wearing a left glove. When she came to make my wrap… she only put a glove on the right hand and used same glove as she touched the last persons money with!!!! And when she was done handling our transaction she did the same with the teen boys that came in after us. Change out both gloves!!!!

This place is always out of a list of things. The staff try to be friendly, but they are always short-handed and usually in a rush. I used to eat there frequently, but it got to the point that they didn’t have anything I wanted. If there was already a line inside of about 4 people, I knew the wait would be a long one since there sometimes only one person working.

This is a toasted sandwich”new club sandwich”, when I called about all 3 the manager said ma’am I toasted all 3 myself! So I just hung up. Blaming the customer is definitely not the best way to go! It’s always something, no ranch no mayo no bread!
