We were in need of some lunch passing through town and picked this Subway, good choice. We stopped just after lunch rush and it was still fairly busy but were helped right away, our sandwiches made as we asked, even checked to see if it was enough veggies and dressing for our tastes. We usually stop at this Subway when we’re passing through Lamesa. Unfortunately this time it was soooo dirty it was very disappointing. The tables hadn’t been wiped down and we were there before the lunch rush. The bathrooms were dirty. The trash cans were full – presumably from the day before. The soda machine was sticky, as was the floor under it. On top of that, they were out of so many things — ranch, wraps, cheese, straws. Apparently “the truck forgot to bring replacements” they said. I hope these issues are addressed or we’ll have to stop elsewhere in the future :’-(

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Order 3 -12″ sandwiches plus sides. Ordered on app with curbside pickup.
1. Called when I was on my way, OUT OF BACON. I subbed pepperoni for 2 sandwiches. At least this wasn’t a surprise. 2. Got sweet tea, ordered UNSWEET, 3. 2 sandwiches were missing cheese. 4. Missing bag of chips. 5. Turkey, bacon , guacamole sandwich had subbed pepperoni, MISSING GUACAMOLE. 6. Ordered less dressing on one and it was DROWNING in mustard. 7. Cheese missing on BLT and Turk/Bac/Guac.. 8. Two other sandwiches drowning in dressing. So much sirachi that my kids wouldn’t eat eat. And they love spicy usually. 8. Ordered cookies but they weren’t ready when we got there so we waited. They were a crumbled mess by the time we got home. I could see from outside the girl working had her mask under her nose. The guy that brought our food had his around his neck. Not a deal for most people but it dang sure is for me. And we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE.

The lady with the tatted up arms who was working the counter is extremely rude and treated every customer in line with attitude. How she manages to keep her job is a mystery. The bathroom was nasty and both the floor and tabletops had food all over them. When the employees had no customers they retreated to the back and obviously had no desire to clean the customer seating area. Quite easy to see why this place gets so many bad reviews. They are warranted.

Lady by name of Christina prepared the sandwiches of the 2 men in front of me, tools dirty dishes to back and came back and started preparing my sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES. I hope I don’t get sick.

This is a toasted sandwich”new club sandwich”, when I called about all 3 the manager said ma’am I toasted all 3 myself! So I just hung up. Blaming the customer is definitely not the best way to go! It’s always something, no ranch no mayo no bread!
