Ordered Butter chicken today, found myself displeased with the way it was undercooked. I called the restaurant to sort it out in a private matter but was met with denial and excuses instead of compromise. This is my first ever bad review anywhere and the only reason I’m writing it is because of the way I was responded to.

I used to love this place so much. I’ve only ever gotten delivery, and usually it’s very good, no issues at all. However, this time I found a hair in my vegetable samosas. The butter chicken tasted like usual, but now I have a massive stomach ache (I don’t know if it was caused by the samosas or the butter chicken). I’m disappointed beyond belief.

I’m a regular here so is my friend we order all the time. Chicken biryani -chicken tikka masala, chana masala, and gulag jamun. It’s worth it – It’s good MashaAllah and I always come back and order. Also you can ask them to make it spicy or not so spicy. Idk why some of the reviews suck…this is my go to. I order the things I mentioned often and it’s always good Alhamdullilah.

I got the chana masala, naan, and samosas. They were all delicious. I asked for my chana masala very spicy and they are one of the only Indian Cuisine places that was able to actually get it as spicy as I wanted it. I got delivery so I don’t know about the restaurants service and atmosphere but the food is delicious.

Worst customer service ever. I asked the gentleman at the counter what is the fastest thing they had because I had a meeting. Butter chicken. Great. There was noone in the dirty and disorganized restaurant, so I thought it would take a few minutes. They looked closed with dusty plastic covering counters.

Really bad customer service and the wait time is ridiculously long even though you called 30 minutes ahead and you were told the the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I think there should be much better management in front desk and better management in the kitchen. This is the third time I have had this bad experience in this place in the last 4 months. Perhaps the restaurant needs to hire more employees and or better qualified individuals. Front desk guy needs to communicate better and set the expectations properly with the right actual time instead of just saying 2 minutes when it’s longer wait time than that. I usually do not like to write bad or negative reviews but I hope they change for the better this after all these bad reviews. Strongly do not recommend after this bad experience.
